We had dinner February 3,rd & had a rib order with potatoes. To our surprise they were cold when served. I didn't want to make a complain about it & ruin our outing. So sucked it up!
In addition one of us had a half rib rack & they gave us 5 or 6 ribs of 4 inches long, But charged us the price of full rack!! Never again BR!
Comparé aux autres franchises, rien à voir avec un vrai Bâton Rouge. On constate la cuisine transformée en cruising bar sur le party & on craint le repas qui s'en vient. Le steak de bonne qualité a été surexposé aux flammes & goûte uniquement la fumée. Des légumes trop cuits c'est pas bon mais ceux qui nous sont servis sont pratiquement crus & sans goût. Le boeuf braisé est très bon mais la pièce de viande comporte énormément de gras. Le potage parmentier est tiède & la soupe aux oignons goûte seulement la bière & le sel. Les patates pilées sont très bonnes. La patate fourrée toute garnie n'a absolument aucun goût. On regarde passer des cotes lèves pour les autres clients & on regrette amèrement d'avoir exploré autre choix. 1- BR Ville Mont-Royal 2- BR West Island 3- BR Laval 4- BR Complexe Desjardins 5- BR Québec & la margre d'erreur d'un a l'autre est très mince. J'encouragerai encore fortement ces établissements. Depuis le peu de temps que LaSalle est ouvert, j'ai pour la première fois un gros doute quant a la véracité du nombre abondant de commentaires positifs. Il y a une culture ?a cet établissement qui ne ment pas. Je suis désolé de devoir dire ce qu'il en est. Si nous n'avons pas visité BR 50 fois depuis 1992 environ, je serais très surpris. Cette fois ci est la seule visite déficiente mais cette fois c'est peu dire.
Mon mari & moi y étions. Nous avons tout vraiment apprécié. Plats délicieux. Service rapide & agréable. Excellentes recommandations. Merci.
Everyone at baton rouge lasalle is very pleasant & respectful. They are very accommodating. The manager MaryAnn is very nice i like that she goes around to each table & associates with the people. I find that excellent on a managers behalf & very important. Best thing they did was open in Lasalle. Thank you !!!
Had a great experience at Baton Rouge! The food was delicious & clearly made with quality ingredients. What really stood out were the portions, they were very generous & definitely worth the price. You really get good value for what you pay, & everything was filling & satisfying. I'd definitely come back & recommend it to anyone looking for great food & solid portions
Best service in Montreal Latisha I think she's the host , she the most kind respectful girl ever thank you for all the respect you gave , all employees are very well trained , it's a high end class service it's the best place for company meetings or gethering

Very poor service. The manager is extremely rude. Would not let people use the rest room & told us to go find one in the mall. Would not return.
shared a supper with my mother & sister- we went for the ribs, my mother had the fried chicken. The waiter was accommodating, friendly- all the staff are! The food was FABULOUS. The best surprise of the night, we got our 2nd ribs at 50% off! A special they are currently running Sunday Thru Thursday! Great decor, great atmosphere, good location 11/10 from me! Hoping to have this place for years to come! looking forward to my next visit
Je suis allée pour l'anniversaire de ma maman de 83 ans & j'avais fait ma réservation par internet alors ils nous on placés côté bar sur des grand tabourets & lorsque j'ai demandé un autre place tout le monde a été très compréhensif & au petits soins pour nous trouvé une table ! Serveur hyper gentil & très aimable ! La jeune femme au belle lunettes noirs à l'accueil est très gentille

Ma fille âgée de 4 ans avait juste besoin d'aller a? la toilette,elle était vraiment pressée & ne pouvait pas se tenir pour se rendre a? la toilette du centre d'achat, on a juste demandé qu'elle aille a salle de bain,la fille a? l'accueil n'est vraiment pas fine elle a refusé & sa manière était vraiment isolante,en disant que son gérant refusait l'accès a ses toilettes!!!
Voyons c'est juste pour un enfant ,si c'était une femme enceinte ou une personne âgée, vous allez aussi faire la même chose!!!!!!
We were a group of 6 that attended Baton Rouge Lasalle our usual spot. On New Year's Eve, which wasn't the best night for them, it was very disappointing & unusual. But would like to compliment our waitress & the manager that night, Maxime, who was very understanding & remedied the situation & took good care of us, & we appreciated that very much. thank you Maxime.
Overall the food was good but a bit pricey. I gave 4 star since the table & chair were not clean.
We were a party of 8 (4 adults, 4 teens) who decided to try out the relatively new Baton Rouge location in Ville LaSalle on 28-Nov. for the first time. We were impressed by the topnotch & attentive service provided by our server Krysta. Our orders ran the gamut from burgers, ribs, steaks, & chicken tenders' salad with a few appetizers included for good measure. Everything was delicious with one of our ravenous teen boys hugely impressed by the enormous mound of tasty fries accompanying his rack of ribs, along with the complimentary soda refills. Once small quibble might be with respect to the portion size of the calamari; tasty but for a $21 appetizer it would have been nice to have a bit more generous portion for the price. The ambiance was a plus as well with the background music low enough to allow for conversation at normal volumes across the large round table. The hostess was equally pleasant & stopped by our table to inquire if everything was to our liking. All in all, a very satisfying meal. We purchased gift cards on the way out & we'll definitely be back for a repeat visit in the New Year!
