The service was good. The hostess didn't seem too happy to look for English menus or to find a server who wanted to speak English to us. The server who took care of us was friendly. Food was good, not over the top delicious.
Food at Baton Rouge took an absolute nosedive.
Ribs are horrible, considering thats what Baton Rouge was once famous for, its very apparent they are serving very low quality food.

Went there only to be refused at 22:05 while it's supposedly open until 23:00, because their kitchen closed at 22:00 because they have no customers on a Friday night!
Pas une des meilleures expériences dans un bâton rouge. 3 tartares aux saumons pas un était pareil ou même avait le même goût. Fruits de mer, trop cuits. Trouvez un cheveu long dans le burger de mon conjoint & un autre dans la crème glacée de mon enfant. C'était pour nous la dernière fois à leurs locations de Candiac.
Étant allé au Bâton Rouge Lachenaie où tout était excellent & le service hors pair, nous avons voulu revivre une belle soirée en allant au Bâton Rouge Candiac. Quelle DÉCEPTION ! Rien de comparable. La côte de boeuf était coriace & sans goût. Lorsque la serveuse nous a demandé si on avait apprécié la côte de boeuf, on lui a donné poliment nos commentaires & avons exprimé notre déception, elle nous a dit que malheureusement parfois il y a des mauvaises'batchs'. Elle nous a dit qu'on avait été CHANCEUX au Bâton Rouge à Lachenaie car nous étions tombé une bonne'batch'. Nous avons trouvé son commentaire tellement idiot car que la'batch' soit bonne ou pas, on paye le même prix & on sait que la bouffe n'est pas donné chez Bâton Rouge. Je ne recommande pas du tout Bâton Rouge CANDIAC.
Zéro service à la clientèle.Les employés manquent d'expérience & ne traitent pas les clients comme des invités. Ils sont incapables de trouver des solutions pour aider le client. Nous irons donner notre argent dans un restaurant qui répond au besoin du client.
The food was not good. The place looks great & the servers are super nice but the menu has like 5 options that are all bad. It's either ribs, seafood or one gnocchi meal which has fish in it. The cocktail menu isn't great either.
