The waitress spilled the whole drink of my partner on me, my clothes my pants my jacket & the drink was full of sugar & liquor & cinnamon, instead of waiving the bill at least to cover the dry cleaning fee for my jacket that worse 800$, she left me her name which is annie on the bill telling me u have my name if u want to clean ur jacket send me the bill lol lol how am i suppose to send it Drive all the way back to Boisbriand searching for her
Not sure what am i suppose to do with her name? Very disappointing that the manager didnt get involved & stayed away from this, very disappointing with the reaction of the waitress as if nothing happened & she didnt care.
Ddi she really think that the jacket doesnt need cleaning? Well Of course it does after spilling this sticky drink on it & my jeans & my sweatshirt.
instead of taking full responsibility & waiving the bill to correct the incident she left her name? Do u think i will drive all the way back from my house in laval to Boisbriand asking about someone called annie to give her the bill
My clothes not a problem i put them in the washer already in my house but my jacket worth 800$ & she acted like yeh nothing happened offered me another drink & thats it.
She ruined my night & kept me sitting uncomfortably the rest of my night.
I understand accidents happen but taking immediate reactions & correct the incident this is something need to be trained by the restaurant to their staff.
I will never go back to baton rouge again if this is how they trained their people & employees.
At least show some respect & empathy towards the clients especially with accidents made by the staff.
I hope this message will be shared with the manager/owner of this restaurant & im expecting to hear back from them & if not i think i will share my bad experience on the social media.

Les côtes levées & les frites sont excellentes. La salade de choux manque un peu de punch. Très bon service. Le serveur s'assurait que nous ne manquions de rien, sans être intrusif.View more

via LibroLe seul point négatif est le choix limité de bière. Il n'y a aucune bière foncée ou forte (en faisant abstraction des IPA qui ne plaisent pas à tous). Des bières brunes, noires ou triples seraient appréciées.

via LibroMalheureusement le serveur n'a même pas fait le minimum. Il n'est jamais venu nous voir & demander si on avait besoin de l'eau ou autre. C'était à nous de le trouver & lui faire un signe. On a eu un pressenti qu'il se comportait différemment avec nous parce qu'il était très amicable avec ses autres clients. La nourriture & l'ambiance était parfait, malheureusement très déçus du service & on ne s'est pas sentis accueilli. Je ne retiens rien de la soirée & je ne recommenderais pas le coin à un autre.
