About us

What is Barils & Ardoises?  It is a restaurant with bistronomic cuisine using fresh and local products. 20 barrel beer lines from Quebec, a fine wine list exclusively from private import products and a sublime list of cocktails and mocktails.

Our Specialties

Tuna, salmon and beef tartare, Foie gras, Homemade smoked salmon, Fish n 'Chips, Gourmet poutines, Rib of beef of 28oz, Striploin & Steak flank.

Beau menu, délicieux repas ( bavette), belle présentation & beau choix de légumes. Belle carte des vins. Belle ambiance avec le musicien & excellent service attentionné. Je vais revenir.

Belle ambiance ( il y avait un chansonnier ce soir-là), bon service. Mais ce qui vaut vraiment le détour, c'est la table du chef Stéphane Coursault. Cuisson sous-vide, poissons fumés maison....tout ce que nous avons mangé était parfait.
La carte des vins est plus que raisonnable. Un sans faute! Bravo à toute l'équipe.
