I recently visited this location for the first time, & unfortunately, it did not live up to expectations. For a mid-range price point, the value proposition is simply not there.
?The Food
?Portion Sizes: There is noticeable'shrinkflation' occurring here. Paying approximately $23 per main dish feels excessive given the small serving sizes.
?Ingredient Quality: The quality of ingredients felt subpar. My'Greek Salad' arrived with only a single thin slice of feta cheese, & the desserts tasted noticeably cheap.
?The'Soup Tactic': The $3 chicken noodle soup felt like a budget filler rather than a quality'soup of the day,' a disappointing trend I've noticed lately.
?Service & Atmosphere
?Service: The service was lackluster; I had to repeat simple requests to our waiter multiple times before they were addressed.
?Environment: The atmosphere was quite cramped. Additionally, the smell of'free popcorn' permeated the entire room, leaving a heavy, greasy scent of butter throughout the meal.
?Final Verdict
?In this economy, everyone wants to ensure they are getting value for their hard-earned dollar. Based on the lack of quality control & the small portions, I cannot recommend this franchise. There are better options in the same price bracket that offer a much higher standard of food & service.
Had a delicious steak. Cooked exactly how I wanted.
Company enjoyed their shrimp & chicken tenders meal. Rice was supposedly cooked & tasted like the best ever!!
To be seated took a few minutes. Took some time to place my order. Food came quickly. I came Tuesday to try the chicken wings. Was very good. Their beer so a 20oz is pricy at 10. I'd come back again for the wings.
We enjoyed the souvalaki & chicken fingers. Outdoor patio seating.
The prices are good $17.50 or $35 for 2 entree meals.
Service was a bit slow, understandable since they were busy.
Server never offered to refill water or coffee & tea.
The chicken brochet was delicious & my waitress Nicole made the experience even better!
The food & atmosphere were good. They had order one meal get another one half price. I went there for a date & it was nice! :) We had chicken & pork souvlakis.
Such a friendly atmosphere with great service. The food wasn't as tasty as I was expecting! Their tzatziki sauce was bland not garlicky at all & chicken could have used a bit more spicing up. Very bland rice too. So if you like bland but cooked, well presented…then it's all good! Hubby had ribs & liked them. They also spoke English as my husband can not. I'd go back but try something different!
My husband & I ate here just now & each ordered the "Two Plates for $40." which was the Greek Chicken Skewers. It was delicious. Our waitress was friendly & attentive. We could see the owner walking around, talking to the customers. Such a friendly atmosphere & tasty food! We had already started eating when I remembered to take the picture, so the chicken is off the skewer, etc.
Haven't been there for years because the food quality had gone down so much but was pleasantly surprise when I went for lunch with colleagues. Took a greek salad with chicken. Was not bad nor excellent but gold enough. At least the greens were still crunchy & chicken was not all dry. Greek salad does not mean tomatoes & cucumbers with feta & olives. It was more of a garden sale with feta. Portion size for the price is most probably what would make me come back though. It was also not too crowded. Perfect for work lunch & convo.
