Carl is the MAN! My family looks forward to eat at Barbie's & always request for Carl. Lemme tell you he is ON TOP of his stuff. He is quick with responding to all of our needs & does the refills of our table instantaneously even before us asking! Great guy & great service🙏🏼⭐?

Je suis venu déjeuner ce matin au Barbie's Restaurant Grill du boulevard Trésor, sans vraiment prévoir m'y arrêter, & j'ai été agréablement surpris.

Le service offert par la serveuse Joanne était impeccable. Le menu propose un excellent choix de déjeuners : oeufs bénédictine, assiette traditionnelle, gaufres, crêpes, & plus encore.

J'ai opté pour l'omelette western, une portion très généreuse, bien garnie de légumes & vraiment savoureuse. Avec le café à volonté & le verre de jus inclus, que demander de plus ?

Je reviendrai assurément.

I had such a great experience at Barbie's! The burgers were juicy, perfectly cooked, & packed with flavor - definitely one of the best I've had in a while. The ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender & smothered in a rich, smoky BBQ sauce that was just the right balance of sweet & tangy. The staff was friendly & attentive, & the atmosphere was warm & welcoming.

My partner & I have been going to Barbie's regularly for a few years now. We live close by, the prices are affordable but what keeps us coming back is the service! We're regularly served by Rime, who always gives 110% service. She is charming, funny, but also takes her work seriously & gets us our orders in a very quick & efficient way, even when it's super busy! She even knows my order by heart that when I come in exhausted, I barely have to open my mouth because she knows what I came for!

We've also been previously served a lot by Simon, who, very similarly to Rime, is a very amazing & efficient waiter. We also love seeing Laura, one of the managers & Steve!

I used to be a regular at the original Barbies in Dorval. This was my first time at this location. It is clean, bright & shinny. Several seating areas including two patios. Staff were all friendly & helpful. Service was prompt & the food arrived in good time. Servers were all bilingual.the menu is large with road house type food. We were allowed substitutions with no question. The food was tasty. Parking was in their own lot & seemed plentiful. There are handicap spots near the main doors.a pleasant experience & I recommend.

The place was fine but service was very bad. We waited almost 20 min before asking if someone was coming to see us. The server never returned to ask us if the food was ok & if we wanted more to drink. I had to get someone to ask for my server to get a second drink. The kids meal spaghetti was ok. I had the lunch menu steak & fries & left 3/4 of it because it wasn't good & once again when the plates were picked up never asked if the meals were ok given the big portion left behind. My husband had the French onion soup & club sandwich. The sandwich was fine although basic & the French onion soup was definitely not up to par… I loved Barbie's when I used to live in Quebec which is why we went to a Barbie's & honestly disappointed by both service & food. When we asked for the bills & my friend asked to apply a 25% discount he had her answer was that she had already printed the bill & would have to reprint it… so, very annoyed, I asked her to reprint it. As a bartender/waitress myself would definitely not recommend. First time in my life I leave less that 15% tip

Le Barbies sur Taschereau, offre une ambiance chaleureuse qui vous fait sentir chez vous dès que vous franchissez la porte. Le personnel est accueillant, attentionné & toujours souriant.

La cuisine, quant à elle, est absolument délicieuse : des grillades parfaitement préparées aux plats réconfortants qui ravissent les papilles. Sans oublier les desserts gourmands qui sont une belle manière de conclure le repas.

Que ce soit pour une sortie décontractée ou une occasion spéciale, c'est un lieu où l'on revient avec plaisir, & que je recommande sans hésitation!

I had the Barbie's burger .. was so dry & overcooked that I had a hard time swallowing it.. the burgers used to be good I don't know what happened! Not sure if I would go again

We went to Barbies tonight & were served by Logan. His service was not the best. He didn't even bring us water, I had to ask him & then he asked how many glasses of water..! we were missing two forks, asked him to bring, he never brought them. (We had to eat with a knife!). He never passed by to say if we were missing something..

Food was mediocre. I ordered the surf & turf... I asked for a rare filet mignon... It was pretty much blue. The scampi were tiny & had no flavour. The rice wasn't great either. Felt like it was made in a large big batch & heated in the microwave. Our server seemed inexperienced... I asked for a "Ceasar vierge" - French establishment afterall - & after conferring with the bar, came back to say that they didn't offer that drink! Only to check the drink menu later to discover that I needed to ask for a "Bloody Ceasar - virgin... (no alcohol)! I cannot fault the poor server... I don't think the staff were ready for such a large number of customers on a January 2nd. $64 with a minimum 15% tip... Should have gone to Costco & Q'd my own beef instead. I could have invited 2 friends for dinner with accoutrements instead at that price! It's not the Brossard Barbies I remember from 10+ years ago. Sorry.

Barbies a Brossard ne sont pa respectueux envers les clients.. la serveuse que tu lui demande ta sauce sur le coter de ta viande & que ce nest pa fais & tout ce quelle trouve a dire cest que sa ne lempechera pa de dormir ce soir?!?!? Barbies brossard ou barbies tout court pu JAMAIS mauvaise bouffe mauvaise ambiance mauvais staff 0/10
