I recently visited this location for the first time, & unfortunately, it did not live up to expectations. For a mid-range price point, the value proposition is simply not there.

?Portion Sizes: There is noticeable'shrinkflation' occurring here. Paying approximately $23 per main dish feels excessive given the small serving sizes.
?Ingredient Quality: The quality of ingredients felt subpar. My'Greek Salad' arrived with only a single thin slice of feta cheese, & the desserts tasted noticeably cheap.
?The'Soup Tactic': The $3 chicken noodle soup felt like a budget filler rather than a quality'soup of the day,' a disappointing trend I've noticed lately.
?Service & Atmosphere
?Service: The service was lackluster; I had to repeat simple requests to our waiter multiple times before they were addressed.
?Environment: The atmosphere was quite cramped. Additionally, the smell of'free popcorn' permeated the entire room, leaving a heavy, greasy scent of butter throughout the meal.
?Final Verdict
?In this economy, everyone wants to ensure they are getting value for their hard-earned dollar. Based on the lack of quality control & the small portions, I cannot recommend this franchise. There are better options in the same price bracket that offer a much higher standard of food & service.
Had a delicious steak. Cooked exactly how I wanted.
Company enjoyed their shrimp & chicken tenders meal. Rice was supposedly cooked & tasted like the best ever!!

Went for supper on either Sunday or Monday of March break. The atmosphere was nice, & the waitress as well. The actual plate I ordered was great although the lentils soup I was served was cold... Not warm, cold. I let the waitress know & she was very nice, apologized & offered to replace it. I didn't take another soup but I wanted the staff to know so they wouldn't serve cold soup to other clients. Other then that it was honestly good & price was right.
Bon repas, portion généreuse, servis chaud, & bon service, ambiance chaotique grâce à un groupe de fêtard pas trop éduqué qui ce croyais seul dans le restaurant, le gérant a fini par intervenir après beaucoup de temps & ça n'as pas vraiment changer grand choses, si non tous le reste était très bien !! Un cas isolé ?? Bénéfice du doute.

Je n'y étais pas aller depuis un bon moment & rien n'a changé. Qualité de la nourriture impeccable, service & ambiance A1. Les burgers sont tellement gros qu'il faut s'y prendre à plusieurs reprises. C'est comme ça que je les aime!!!
J'y suis allée hier à 17h pour la première fois & je n'ai pas du tout aimé. La qualité de la nourriture laissait à désirer, à mon avis. La serveuse était comme un robot ; elle a pris notre commande & est partie rapidement, sans aucune amabilité, visiblement pressée.

La cuisson de ma pièce de viande était très bien.
Leur sauce au poivre manque de poivre sinon c'était parfait. Je préfère juste un peu plus de punch à mon goût .
Les frites sont excellentes.
La place était remplie pour un soir de match d'hockey. Nous pouvons même entendre la game de dehors dans le stationnement pour être certain de ne pas en manquer un moment!

40 of us came as a volleyball team. Geraldine was fantastic. Bills were kept seperate...food was good & priced reasonable. Server as attentive & fantastic.
Carl is the MAN! My family looks forward to eat at Barbie's & always request for Carl. Lemme tell you he is ON TOP of his stuff. He is quick with responding to all of our needs & does the refills of our table instantaneously even before us asking! Great guy & great service🙏🏼⭐?
I went there earlier in the year for a steak dinner. Served blue rare steak & sent it back twice. Steak never came out properly.
Only left a 5 percent tip because my steak was literally raw & was harassed by the server & manager as I was leaving the restaurant. They stood in front of the door & wouldn't let me leave untill i gave them a 15 percent tip.
