Barbies Brossard : Merveilleux service de la part de Viktor, c'est un serveur qui prend soin de ses clients, nous l'avons beaucoup apprécié. Pour la cuisine, il y avait juste la soupe à l'oignon qui était vraiment trop poivrée. Sinon, tout le reste était bon.

Nous n'avions pas réservé, malgré cela, nous avons pas attendu longtemps même si c'était plein.

Le service de Nadya était incroyable & nos plats étaient excellent.
(Soupe à l'oignon = incroyable) (bavette & burger barbies = excellent)

I recently visited this location for the first time, & unfortunately, it did not live up to expectations. For a mid-range price point, the value proposition is simply not there.

?Portion Sizes: There is noticeable'shrinkflation' occurring here. Paying approximately $23 per main dish feels excessive given the small serving sizes.

?Ingredient Quality: The quality of ingredients felt subpar. My'Greek Salad' arrived with only a single thin slice of feta cheese, & the desserts tasted noticeably cheap.

?The'Soup Tactic': The $3 chicken noodle soup felt like a budget filler rather than a quality'soup of the day,' a disappointing trend I've noticed lately.

?Service & Atmosphere

?Service: The service was lackluster; I had to repeat simple requests to our waiter multiple times before they were addressed.

?Environment: The atmosphere was quite cramped. Additionally, the smell of'free popcorn' permeated the entire room, leaving a heavy, greasy scent of butter throughout the meal.

?Final Verdict

?In this economy, everyone wants to ensure they are getting value for their hard-earned dollar. Based on the lack of quality control & the small portions, I cannot recommend this franchise. There are better options in the same price bracket that offer a much higher standard of food & service.

Went for supper on either Sunday or Monday of March break. The atmosphere was nice, & the waitress as well. The actual plate I ordered was great although the lentils soup I was served was cold... Not warm, cold. I let the waitress know & she was very nice, apologized & offered to replace it. I didn't take another soup but I wanted the staff to know so they wouldn't serve cold soup to other clients. Other then that it was honestly good & price was right.

The place was fine but service was very bad. We waited almost 20 min before asking if someone was coming to see us. The server never returned to ask us if the food was ok & if we wanted more to drink. I had to get someone to ask for my server to get a second drink. The kids meal spaghetti was ok. I had the lunch menu steak & fries & left 3/4 of it because it wasn't good & once again when the plates were picked up never asked if the meals were ok given the big portion left behind. My husband had the French onion soup & club sandwich. The sandwich was fine although basic & the French onion soup was definitely not up to par… I loved Barbie's when I used to live in Quebec which is why we went to a Barbie's & honestly disappointed by both service & food. When we asked for the bills & my friend asked to apply a 25% discount he had her answer was that she had already printed the bill & would have to reprint it… so, very annoyed, I asked her to reprint it. As a bartender/waitress myself would definitely not recommend. First time in my life I leave less that 15% tip

Bon prix sur semaine du lundi au jeudi midi.Amicale & professionelle.Beauoup de choix.Côte levée,brochettes,salades, soupes , vin, bières ainsi que desserts!Cette fois escalopes de poulet Orléans sauce Dijon & miel avec riz & salade, ainsi que soupe.Que dire des décorations d'Halloween! NOUVEAUX DEJEUNER SUR SEMAINE JUSQU'À 3:00 AUSSI À SAVOIR TÉLÉCHARGER L'APPliCATION 2IEME ASSIETTE DÉJEUNER 50%! Je suis allée le 1 jan 2025. Nouveaux menus 2/35$ menus à la carte avec 25% De rabais..Service excellent & personnelle souriant! Le tout servi chaud & goûteux !
