The service was poor, the food & drinks were generally overpriced for what it is, for the same price you may as well go to a fancy restaurant downtown. The vibe was very chill , less upbeat than I was expecting.
First impression is everything & walking into this place with that nice male bartender who look like Timothy Chalamet smiling is everything. Bartender Jasmine is magnificent. Imagine a busy environment & she still manages to make drinks for customers & engages with you. That's what every bar should be. Kitchen closes at 10 but expresso martini & pesco sour were delicious. Hope they take my recommendation to change the bar name to Verdun Rouge to match the vibe & color 😉

Drinks are nice & fairly priced. Bar staff was very helpful. However, the DJ we had on the January 25th did not know what he was doing & was rude to us. We left early because his playlist made no sense & was hard to dance to
The food is ok not the best , the drinks are alright & the ambience is fun. In summary , a nice little divebar to go with your friends for fun Very liked the bouncer with the Glass was very polite & fun to talk to
I came here for a few drinks & music listening. I wasn't that disappointed. The staff was nice, & the drinks weren't outlandishly expensive. So that's always a plus. I won't lie; the bathrooms were full of pee (I guess what would you expect, but not on the ground). People are animals, so I can't blame the bar; I'm just mentioning it. Definitely a few weirdos there too. Once again, not the bar's fault. Overall, I'd go back if I'm in the area.
Come here every time I am in town from Toronto. Great friendly staff that makes you feel like they want to help you. DJ has the crowd up & moving. Food & drinks are both fantastic! Highly recommend.
There's a waitress with tattoos & big filler lips. I don't have her name, but this was how I remembered her. Me & a friend got our drinks, we enjoyed the atmosphere, it was great. Music perhaps a little too loud, but it was fine. The waitress was really rude though. She really wanted us to leave! They start bringing the card machine when we didn't ask for the bill, & goes like how much would you pay, rather than how were the drinks? Would not be returning.
I tried this place for the second time because I was craving their Mac & cheese , & wow ! Amazing service by shoubert he was so sociable & service was great! Great ambiance & the drinks were also so good , I will definitely be going back :)
Pros: 1) Nice atmosphere overall & good music. 2) Drinks were pretty good in terms of flavor. Cons: 1) Food was pretty bad. Everything was too sweet & when we mentioned it the waitress said it was due to the caramelized onions but caramelized onions shouldn't make the whole soup taste sweet or a whole grilled cheese taste sweet. My friends tomato soup was very lumpy & closer to tomato paste. 2) We were seated in the back & there's a sewage type smell. In certain areas it was pretty bad. 3) Food service was pretty quick but drinks were long. When we did receiver service they were quite nice but just took very long between to order.

First time visiting! Has a nice low light atmosphere although a little loud. It's a nice place if you plan on coming with a group of friends or even a date if you want. Drink prices are very reasonable although the food menu was on the high side. From what we saw around us, portions are small.
If I'm ever back around & want to come for a quick drink, I'd consider coming back.
