This bar is perfect for date nights, or if you want to get a drink without being disturbed. It's very trendy but not haughty. The waitress / host was so lovely & gave me the best seat in the bar since I was alone!

Amazing decor, cocktails are super creative, really well crafted, the music is great & the place is ran by amazing people. Favourite bar in Montreal. One of the rare places where even the virgin drinks are to die for.
Won't be surprised if one of the best cocktail bars in Canada next year. Excellent & creative drinks, well balanced. We were recommended to go by Mon Lapin, & it didn't disappoint.
Came to Numero around 11pm with my office colleagues after a dinner, we were a group of 10 people, the bar was half empty & the waitress refused serve our group saying that they don't want groups because'its not the vibe of the bar'. We offered to split up the group in two & sit at two different places & she still would not sit us. We weren't a rowdy group. Refusing business like this is very off putting.
This place is amazing, very minimalistic from a decor perspective but I assume that's in order to focus on the drinks…speaking of which they're absolutely fantastic. Without exaggerating, their cocktails may truly be the best I've ever had in my life. Crazy ingredients (pesto, parmesan cheese to name a couple), yet delicious. They turn alcoholic beverages into digestible works of art. There is no way this place doesn't become an overnight sensation.
Bar Manager, Akosh (sorry if I totally spelled your name wrong), is great, chill guy & makes killer drinks. He was so accommodating & friendly, even came around the bar to put help me put my coat on lol. I wish him & everyone else the best of luck. Will absolutely be back whenever we're in town.
Heard about this new bar called Numero & decided to check it out. Let me tell you, it did NOT disappoint. The drinks are next-level amazing.
But the real star of the show was bartender, Akash. That guy is the best! So cool to talk to & he really took care of me. Felt like we were just hanging out at a friend's super fancy home bar.
Seriously, the whole night was perfect. 1 million out of 10, no notes. You gotta go.
Here's a sure bet: Numero will absolutely be a part of top 50 lists, & become one of Montreal's premiere cocktail bars. Just give them a little time...2025 guides are already out, & as of this review, Numero has only been serving for 2 weeks!
This is not wild exaggeration. If you've had the pleasure to explore some internationally buzzed about bars, the distinction could not be clearer: from first sip, the DNA of their drinks exude class, confidence, & quiet sophistication, with flavours & ingredients so dialed in, you'd think this was their hundredth menu.
The space is comfortable & lit beautifully, hues tuned to a sultry perpetual sunset, but it was especially warm in the care of bartenders Akash & Kalila. Engaging & welcoming, their care, refinement, & skill in both mixing & hosting were palpable; thank you both for such a fantastic evening! As such, I cannot recommend bar seating enough for the closest & fullest experience.
I could go on & on. Suffice to say, we were blown away: it is rare to find cocktails so gourmand, we closed our eyes to luxuriate in the subtleties like a fine wine. These creations are not content to impress with a quick hit of satisfaction, but truly evolve on the nose & tongue.
Our biggest regret this trip to Montreal was discovering this perfection on our final day. Give them a visit, & I think you'll agree! We'd wish them every success, but we don't need to; with this space, this team, & this brazen creativity, Numero's success is assured!
