Service tres lent. Nous avons attendu 30minutes avant qu'on prenne notre commande & j'ai du demandé pour qu'on remplisse nos verres d'eau.Serveur non chalant. Bel endroit & bonne ambiance.
Belle ambiance avec le band de dames Trio Jazz, ont gentiment célébré notre belle amie pour son anniversaire. Service un peu lent au départ pour le vin & les cocktails, mieux par la suite. Merci pour la belle soirée encore une fois.

We had a reservation to celebrate our wedding anniversary & were really looking forward to discovering this restaurant after hearing such great reviews. When making the reservation, I had even noted that it was our anniversary & requested a booth if possible.
We were seated & given menus, & we were actually ready to order fairly quickly. However, after more than 20 minutes without being acknowledged by a server, someone eventually came by & asked if we had been served. That's when we explained that we had been waiting quite a while & were starting to consider leaving.
Unfortunately, the response we received was essentially that we were'not obliged to stay & could leave.' What was most disappointing wasn't just the wait, but the lack of acknowledgment or effort to recover the situation - especially given that it was meant to be a special evening for us.
We ultimately decided to leave & celebrate elsewhere, where we were warmly welcomed & served promptly.
It's unfortunate because we genuinely wanted to enjoy the evening here & had chosen the restaurant specifically to celebrate our anniversary. We had even planned to extend the night afterwards by renting a room to make the most of the occasion, but the experience at the restaurant unfortunately changed the direction of our evening.
I'm sure the food may be good, but unfortunately we never had the opportunity to try it because the service experience fell short of expectations.

Un petit bar, plutôt chic , un maître sommelier , Jordan, super sympathique qui conseil de très beau accord. Vérifier, il peu y avoir des soirées spéciales, comme ce soir à ma grande surprise, on y accueil une spécialiste française des poissons & fruits de mer: Sonia Bichet. … & un groupe rétro/folk rock. Bref une superbe soirée !
The service was excellent!!the food was ok, we order salmon tartare & it taste nothing & very small portion, but the dessert was great! There was 3 women's signing & they were soooo good!!

assi a notre table on nous informe que on est oubliger de prendre le menu st valentin a 145$/ personne les taxe & pourboires son pas inclu dans le prix donc ces environ 190$/ personne avec 15% de tips.
je trouve sa tres dommage pour eux car nous étions beaucoup a quitter les lieux.

La nourriture est vraiment excellente nous avons essayé le menu spécial St-Valentin . Il coûtait 150$/personnes très cher considérant qu'il y a 3 bouchées par service.. un mc do s'impose après.. Le personnel est courtois & gentil mais le service extrêmement lent première consommation 20 min le menu était entièrement froid donc pas de cuisson… premier plat 60 min nos verre souvent vide & personne ne vien prendre les commandes.. nous avons vue 3 serveurs différents donc nos commandes souvent oubliés.. un immense merci au boss boy qui etait sur place je crois qu'il nous prit en pitié grâce à lui le service à été meilleur & plus rapide. J'ajouterai que le restaurant était loin d'être plein. Ce qui aurait été explicable. Nous avons eu l'impression que la serveuse qui était supposé nous servir n'avait pas les priorités à la bonne place elle avait le nez dans son ordinateur en permanence fesait le facing des tables & j'en passe … ceci dit au prix de la facture je m'attends à un service impeccable! Facture de 450$ pour 2
À éviter à tout prix! Des employés insolants. Aucun service à la clientèle. Une expérience très horrifiante!! Nous sommes venu prendre un apéritif. On nous a servie un cocktail incomplet. Nous avons demandé de nous servir la portion manquante du cocktail. On nous a ensuite averti qu'ils n'avaient plus les ingrédients. À la réception de la facture, nous avons mentionné que nous nous attendions à mieux. La serveuse nous a accusé d'avoir quand même consommé le cocktail (à notre demande d'obtenir les ingrédients manquant, aucune proposition d'un nouveau cocktail a été fait). C'est alors qu'elle va chercher le gérant qui nous a lancé la machine pour payer sur la table. Nous ne nous sommes jamais senti ainsi en sortant d'un restaurant.
Nous avons visités l'établissement lors d'une rencontre à 4 personnes. L'ambiance & le service étaient impeccables. Les cocktails étaient aussi délicieux, seul bémol, les verres étaient plutôt petits.
