Overpriced. $70 for gnocchi is outrageous. The decor is stunning. Beautiful restaurant & nice plating, but the food is nothing to brag about. We ordered chips to munch on while waiting for our friends & they were store bought chips (crumbs from the bottom of the bag) just thrown in a bowl. The food is good but you're paying for the ambiance more than anything.
We came here every summer in Montreal & last night we had received the best service we have had on a Sunday evening! Thank you to our Asian waiter he was exceptional & professional & so charming. Made our evening!
When it's busy it gets a little loud. But seating is close so you can hear your friends next to you. Great selection of unique cocktails. Super kind & professional staff.

There's something interesting in the Full English breakfast-
that black triangle is called black pudding.
I thought it was sweet at first, but it turns out to be the British version of pork blood cake.
The bread was delicious even on its own.
Nice location. The beef wellington & the dessert were very good (the starter : octupuss carpaccio was disappointing). The cocktail at 30$ was excessively expensive. Overall a good experience, but too expensive for what it is.
Pas la meilleure expérience entre rapport qualité & prix. Un endroit qui se prétend haut de gamme, un service très maladroit, on prend la commande d'un hamburger sans demander la cuisson, on sert un coca cola dans sa canette & l'on revient demander si l'on veut un supplément truffe payant sur une commande d'oeufs benedictine. Bref, on paye très cher des plats alambiqués pour un menu qui s'appelle'brunch', en un mot ridicule.
L'on peut douter du journaliste blogger qui recommande cet endroit comme le meilleur brunch de Montréal. Je ne mentionnerais pas son nom, mais si vous cherchez des articles de recommandations pour les meilleurs croissants de Montréal, vous allez l'identifier....
Firstly, it's a beautiful setting in an old mansion. We were greeted by a friendly hostess & seated promptly for our reservation. From here, things went downhill as we were ignored by waiter, Maxime, for 15-20 minutes, only for a brusque greeting of'do you want a drink' no apology for the delay. This ruined the experience out of the gate, & left us with little desire to spend additional time or money at this establishment.
The cocktail we ordered arrived with a good amount of foam spilled over the glass & down the side, leaving it a sticky mess.
In the amount of time it took to be served, receive our food, & be ignored by our waiter, I was able to write this entire review… Despite Maxime, being a blight on the entire evening, all other staff we dealt with were lovely, & the entrees (Beef Wellington & the Rigatoni) were flavorful & well prepared.
I had an amazing dining experience! The food was exceptional; especially the Beef Wellington, which was perfectly cooked & full of flavor. Service was impressively fast, & our waiter Zachery was an absolute delight. He recommended the perfect dessert & was incredibly accommodating with my non-alcoholic drink requests. His friendly & attentive service really elevated the experience. Highly recommend this place, trust me, you won't be disappointed!

We recently tried this restaurant & had a great experience. The food was absolutely delicious. The menu isn't very long, but it offers a well-curated variety that caters to different tastes. A true delicatesse.
Service gets four stars because our waiter disappeared during dessert & was replaced only after we had to look for someone. A bit disappointing not to have consistent service throughout.
Beautiful, wonderful atmosphere. A big Thank you to Fabiola who helped with our reservation which we had booked 3 months before arriving. We totally appreciate you ❤?! Jack & Soraya
Dine here last week for a business dinner, everything was amazing. The atmosphere was quiet though the restaurant was full. Will absolutely visit again & recommend.
