The food was very good. I recommend the beef sotbap & the fried chicken. The service is okay but the food arrives whenever they feel like it. There was about a 20 minute difference between the first person receiving their meal & the last person getting their meal & we were only 3 so I can't imagine being a big group. The appetizer also arrived after the meal which is unusual.
If you go in the winter you should ask for a table in the back because it gets very cold with people opening the door & everyone was asking to move because they were freezing if they were sitting close to the door.View more

Food was ok, my favourite was the Tteokibokki. The shrimp on the Cajun udon was delicious, but the cream sauce wasn't my fave. Drink was ok. My boyfriend enjoy the Galbi & it was marinated well. Service was good, no complaints. Book reservations on the weekend as some people were turned away.View more

Its very cold in the winter season especially if your table is near the door. The food menu got shorter, they dont serve regular fries anymore even tho they have fries for the supreme poutine… & they took out one of the best dish, the salmon tank…. we just wanted to munch on something small as we drink.View more

This used to be my fav place & I used to visit at least twice a month(sometimes more) but the new menu is not as good & they removed the best things from the existing menu God knows why! The salmon tank no longer exists & it was why I personally visit ! The tuna tataki is still good but they have changed that amazing salad beneath it & they removed the salmon udon which was the only non chili item & my son used to love it, now even when we order the chicken udon not spicy it still comes spicy for a kid. Anyway I request the return of the old menu! It's really not ok to do that, they went from amazing to average over nightView more

I've been twice (once as a table of 2 & another as a table of 4) about a year apart from each other. On both occasions the service was absolutely terrible. This time around we ordered food & drinks. It was a Wednesday night & the restaurant was half empty. The food arrived at our table, & we had to ask our waitress where our drinks were. She didn't even go & make them right away & we were more than halfway through our meal by the time we came out. One drink was even the wrong one. We had ordered virgin & she brought out an alcoholic one & then even tried to charge us for the drink with alcohol, which we had obviously sent back. My partner asked for a knife & never got it, so he couldn't take apart the meat that came with his ramyun. Meanwhile the whole staff is on their phone in the bar in the middle of the restaurant. I wanted to make my soup home, & they didn't even have a takeout container that could hold broth. I had to leave my broth at the restaurant & leave with just noodles. I tried to give this place another shot, but the low quality dining service is just not worth.View more

We went there for an extraordinary occasion, & the entire experience was ruined by the server's attitude the server spilled near-boiling hot udon soup onto my friend' thighs & didn't handle the situation properly, they just handed us napkins & the bare minimum apology (so). Even tho the whole soup was spilled, we weren't offered a replacement or compensation. When the supervisor came over, she was dismissive, saying "idk what else you guys need, the server is new, he already gave an apology". Her response was not only unprofessional, but also completely disrespectful & she showed no concern over my friend who got severely injured, & she showed no responsibility. My friend was injured-burned by your restaurant's negligence-& all you can say is "he apologized"? What kind of training do you give your staff? Where is the professionalism? Where is the basic human decency? A person is injured because of your restaurant's negligence, & that's your response? Unbelievable. The lack of empathy, accountability, & basic human decency is honestly shocking. This was hands down the worst dining experience I've ever had. I demand better, & frankly, I expect someone to make this right. Immediately.View more
