Have visited a couple times, some times the service is excellent, some times it has been awful & even discriminatory. The quality is undeniable thought.
Big in Japan is an absolute gem! From the moment you walk in, you're welcomed with incredible hospitality & an amazing atmosphere. The owner is genuinely one of the most generous & kind people you'll meet, making everyone feel right at home. The service is outstanding-attentive, friendly, & always delivered with a smile. Every visit is a great experience, & it's clear that they truly care about their customers. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for excellent drinks, fantastic service, & a warm, welcoming vibe. I'll definitely be back!
seemed like a great idea, until…instructed to sit in four exact seats though bar mostly empty & asked to move over one to follow instructions, dark lighting ok but needed to briefly use phone lights to enhance & was asked not to do that. total of four other customers besides us four. apologized to them but felt obliged & eventually resentful as my friend has disability. otherwise had very straightforward drinks but with a presentation that was affected & performative. no thanks.
Service désagréable, attitude exécrable du personnel… Drink servit dans un verre craqué, à 22$ le cocktail on s'attendrait à plus! Très bel endroit
