really cool place where you can banh xeo ( Vietnamese crepe stuffed with pork, shrimp, bean sprout that you rolled in lettuce leaf & dip in nuoc mam sauce) They are delicious & savory.
We've been looking for some authentic Vietnamese rice rolls in town, but not many still do them anymore. Banh Xeo Minh seems to be mainly specialized in rice rolls & they were excellent.
Their Banh Xeo was also very tasty, at first I found it weird that they cooked the shrimp with the shell but after trying it out, we liked it, they were soft shell shrimps & after pan frying it, the scrambled egg & shrimp were very crispy. Definitely try that out.
The food was good, portion wise, I wish they'd give you a tiny bit more? Value wise, is a 4 stars but tastes wise I ended up scoring Banh Xeo Minh a 5. Their spicy soup is decent, a bit on the mild side, not as flavorful as I expected.
They also sell their homemade (?) Cha Lua (Vietnamese pork roll) & is good. Recommended to try.

Very interesting food (for a non- Vietnamese person, like me). Tasty.
Well-lit & pleasant restaurant.
Waiter was welcoming. My daughter knew how to eat the dishes, but if you're not sure, certainly the waiter could advise you! 😊It was a cool culinary experience!
The food was excellent, with the standout being the banh xeo, which had a perfectly crispy crust. Prices are a bit high ($19 for the regular banh xeo), but worth it if you're craving quality Vietnamese cuisine.
Great banh xeo! Portions are big & the quality is consistent. The location is a little out of the way, but definitely worth the detour for delicious Vietnamese food.

Love this place with their variety of choices for vietnamese food other than bun bo hue & pho. Highly recommend restaurant to dive in if you want to explore Vietnamese cuisine.
Superb Vietnamese restaurant. The duck tasting gloriously of delicious duck (Bún Mang Vịt duck-based noodle soup), the Bánh xèo (crispy stuffed pancake ) excellent, the Ba Màu (Vietnamese Pudding) was also superb. I will go happily go back.
Among the upper echelons of Vietnamese restaurants when it comes to pho & Bun Bo Hue. EDIT: Since leaving my initial review, I have visited dozens of Vietnamese restaurants. I found that this establishment offers dishes that most others don't, such as duck & fish. This should count for something so I've updated my review.
Seems like a family owned/runned vietnamese restaurant. Banh xeo are delicious & so are their pho. Prices are very reasonable, very good service & we would eat here when we are at st-michel area. They deserve more clientele because honestly this place is a hidden gem.

Food is Amazing! But, they also have a better/wider more interesting range of dishes than most Vietnamese places...want to try a more interesting pho? Then visit here... :)
