Their signature Banh Mi (the Heo Quay) is ONLY available on Fridays & Saturdays. If you're willing to time your visit, then you'll be richly rewarded. Heo Quay is roasted crispy belly pork, & they've really perfected it. Perfectly juicy, crunch to rival any chip bag...it simply does not get any better.

Just absolutely delicious Banh mi. Fresh large crusty baguette overstuffed with perfect flavors. Classic was a 10/10. A little hard to find & the construction doesn't make it any easier, but 1000% worth the hunt for this gem, welcoming friendly staff quick swrvice. Highly recommend!

This banh mi was absolutely delicious, great portion size & freshness of ingredients. The service was fast & the baguette was still warm when served! My new favourite banh mi place in Montreal for sure. Only thing is there is very limited space for seating, but sandwich is very easy to eat on the go.

I tried their Banh mi cha ca (fish patty/sausage) recently at the Montreal Cho Tet & it was verryyy delicious. The bread had a nice crispy outside but airy & light dough on the inside (the bread is so important for a good Banh mi). The combo of the fish sausage with the coleslaw was 👌I usually enjoy a classic banh mi but this was definitely a welcomed combination.

I will for sure be stop by & try their other offerings.

10/10 recommend!
