Food:
This was a really good bánh mì. The bread had that crisp, crackly outside you want, but it was still soft enough inside that the sandwich didn't fall apart or feel dry. The fillings worked really well together too. The pickled vegetables, cucumber, & cilantro kept it bright & fresh, while the savory meat gave it enough richness to feel satisfying. It had a nice mix of crunch, acidity, herbs, & flavor without being overloaded.

Quick, friendly, & easy. Exactly what you want from a casual spot like this.

Summary:
Easy 5/5. Fresh, flavorful, & very satisfying. This is the kind of place I'd happily go back to for a quick bánh mì that actually hits.

Just absolutely delicious Banh mi. Fresh large crusty baguette overstuffed with perfect flavors. Classic was a 10/10. A little hard to find & the construction doesn't make it any easier, but 1000% worth the hunt for this gem, welcoming friendly staff quick swrvice. Highly recommend!

This banh mi was absolutely delicious, great portion size & freshness of ingredients. The service was fast & the baguette was still warm when served! My new favourite banh mi place in Montreal for sure. Only thing is there is very limited space for seating, but sandwich is very easy to eat on the go.
