Review Summary

Bangluck is widely recognized as a cozy, casual spot in the Plateau neighborhood that excels at delivering comforting and flavorful Thai noodle dishes. Many patrons praise the authentic tastes, with specific highlights including the rich broths, flavorful chicken and garlic rice, and various noodle soups that offer a sense of warmth during colder months. While the food is frequently described as delicious and satisfying, experiences regarding service and value are mixed. Some customers appreciate the fast, friendly service and relaxed atmosphere, while others feel the pricing is high for the portion sizes provided. Additionally, the ordering process, which often involves payment before service and occasional discrepancies between online and in person menus, has left some visitors feeling dissatisfied. Although it remains a popular destination for a quick, zen lunch, diners with specific dietary restrictions or those expecting traditional table service may find the experience inconsistent.

Was really looking forward to trying this place but was disappointed:( we tried the papaya salad, khao soi, chicken rice & tom yum & nothing stood out. Some things were lacking flavour while others were too salty. The cashier was super nice but the food did not live up to the expectations.

Quain little thai place on the plateau. A bit pricey, but good portions & great taste.

Definitely try the mango sticky rice dessert!

Excellent experience for our first time eating here. We got the fried chicken & rice, the dry noodles & a pork bao. Everything was so delicious! The chicken was so crispy, the bao was fluffy & the flavor of those noodles just wow. Simple & well balanced flavors. Can't wait to go back!

Soup a bit too salty for me but the noodle & chicken rice are great!

The shrimp toast is tasty. It's greasy in a way that satisfies your fried food cravings because the shrimp filling is so flavourful & the bread isn't clinging on to the oil. I was expecting more from the tom tum noodles, it was a good noodle soup but lacked the flavours I was looking for from a typical tom yum soup. The chicken from the chicken rice was juicy but the texture of the rice was a little soft. Overall it was an enjoyable meal! & the thai milk tea was delicious!!
