I came here for the first time with my sister for lunch & we didn't know that the menu was different for lunch & dinner but we really enjoyed it! The waiter & waitress who served us were very kind & friendly. The sauce for the main meal was a bit too strong (not spicy but like too salty kind of) but we really loved all the food we got!Voir plus

We went for an end of year work supper. The service was great. The food was sooo tasty (& I am a food snob). Generous portions at a really good price. I whole heartedly recommend this place. They were very flexible with people's preferences & intolerances as well (vegan options & gluten-free). I have NO negative comment about this place. You should go !Voir plus

I really wanted to give a better star but the food was tooooooooo sweet full of sugar. I had eaten Thai food before & I loved it but this one was unbearable We were 4. None of us enjoyed our meal. Maybe it wasn't our taste. The waitress told us that we could have mentioned it earlier to make it less sweet but how could we know when it was our first time . We had to order steam rice to moderate the sweetness but still didn't work My husband got sick that night The staff was so great, attentive & nice We ordered tea & that one was good.Voir plus

I recently dined at Bangkok Express & was truly impressed! From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was warm & inviting, blending traditional Thai decor with a modern touch. The staff were friendly & attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. As for the food-it was exceptional! Each dish was bursting with authentic flavors, perfectly balanced with fresh ingredients & spices. We ordered Imperial roll, spring roll, dimpsums, general bbk, Udon noodles & Green curry. We come here for about 15 times. It has a very nice terasse in the summer on a busy & relaxed street. The people walking here is of a higher class I always go for the red curry shrimps which is the best i have found so far everywhere i have been. At a certain time it was very salty but we asked for hot water to dilute & it was ok. The waitresses are very nice. We also often go for the the chicken transparent noddle ( woonsen i believe ) & its a great pleasure enjoying the texture of these noodles. This is one of favorites restaurants ...Voir plus

Wow! Such an amazing dining experience! The service is really good, the workers are very sweet even when they seem stressed & when busy . The food was very delicious & fast. Nourriture délicieuse Salade de mangue savoureuse, touche umami Soupe tom yum : un spicy balancée & citronnée Pad Thai : portion raisonnable, les saveurs étaient présente, le tofu moelleux, toutefois non épicé de base & plutôt sucré Dessert mangue & riz sucré: frais & réconfortant Crème glacée matcha, portion très satisfaisante & les arômes sont au rendez-vous! Came here during Imagine Monkland, this street had an amazing vibe, so we got a terrace seat. Food was great, didn't have to wait long, & the price is pretty much average of what you would expect nowadays. However, what's best here was the stellar service. People that worked here were super friendly & efficient. I haven't had such great service in a really long time. They seemed like they genuinely love the job, so good on them. I wouldn't recommend eating here honestly. My pad see ew was terrible & tasted weird. It did not look or taste authentic at all. My friend got the pad thai & it wasn't as bad but it was also not great either. It seems like they don't know how to make proper thai food. I'm from nyc & I'm used to having very authentic Thai food so this place did not make the mark. I usually never send food back but I just could not finish my dish. I'm giving 3 stars because the staff were nice & took it off my bill. At least the appetizers & soup were pretty good but the main dishes sucked Edit due to response from owner: I've had very good Thai food in many other cities, not just in New York. Unfortunately your food was simply not good. I am not a picky person so that's saying something. I'd recommend improving your cooking instead of defending it. You've received low ratings from others as well. Please take the feedback of your customers into account if you would like to improve the success of your business.
