Had "specialty" cashew nuts with shrimp. Shrimp were good & quantity also good- but sauce food dish was served it was absolutely bland & terribly "liquid-y"- no personality to dish. Grilled chicken in spring rolls was good but overall composition of roll lacked freshness & was terribly limp. Ours was a take-out; peanut butter dipping sauce only filled to half line of container - not a great loss I suppose since, once again, sauce was not very tasty. Service was great- friendly & informative when asking about menu. Ambiance seemed relaxing- no blaring music, chill lighting was noted while waiting for food. Les plats ont un peu tardé à arriver mais cela a valu la peine d'attendre. La nourriture était excellent le le service souriant & courtois.

We have eaten here several times. Last night was not the best. Slow non engaging service. The server was nice but seemed introverted. Some food too hot after requesting it not be.

Best place to eat on Nun's Island. Always friendly & perfect service. Great tasting food. Very Fair prices in the new restaurant price world post Covid. Would refer 100% to my friends & Family

Le Bananier offre des plats cuisinés avec soin & avec amour. Les soupes sont incroyablement bonnes & tous les plats que j'ai dégusté sont excellents. Donc, une très bonne cuisine avec un excellent service & un accueil toujours chaleureux de Vi, la propriétaire. & tout cela a des prix forts raisonnables. Je l'ai recommandé à tous mes amis !
