J'aurais souhaité du pure sichuannais (tofu mapo, poulet kung pao ou nouilles dandan) sur le menu, mais on reste en terrains connus avec des classiques nord-américains du style Général Tao, boeuf aux sésame ou encore poulet à l'ananas. Ce qui n'est pas mauvais en soi! Mais j'aurais souhaité avoir des options pour m'engourdir la langue! Les crevettes de Szechuan étaient tentantes, mais je n'avais pas l'impression que je serais satisfait en ce sens avec ce plat. J'y étais pour un souper rapide à emporter. J'ai donc pris le classique Général Tao. C'était bien bon en somme.
