C'était insane! Les deux employés qui travaillent ce soir méritent une augmentation! Service rapide, le jeune homme est même venu nous voir à notre table pour demander si tout était bon! Portion ÉNORME, pleins de sauce dans les baguettes, ça déborde de saveur, la jeune femme à la caisse était tellement gentille!!

Got the filet mignon & chicken bowl. Meat was very dry, not tasty at all. Missing a sauce (other than vinaigrette). Music was also very loud. Will not come back. Was not worth 20$.

Very nice people. I had a problem with Uber Eats & the manager of Baguette Brochette Plateau completely blew away my expectations. They went above & beyond, fully fixing Uber Eats' mistake & they did it with a positive attitude all the way through. I highly recommend this place.

Une expérience inoubliable !

Le goût de çaaaa ? Laisse-moi te raconter.

Hier soir, j'ai passé une commande par téléphone à 22h50, en me basant sur les horaires indiqués sur Google qui affichaient une fermeture à 23h30. Arrivé sur place vers 23h20 (donc 10 minutes avant la fermeture), j'ai constaté que les deux personnes de service étaient débordées par l'affluence de commandes.

Malgré tout, ils sont restés souriants, chaleureux & se sont excusés pour l'attente. J'ai donc patienté sans souci.

Mais ce n'est pas tout…

J'avais commandé trois pains brochettes. & là, je te le dis : j'ai été servi comme un roi ! Les portions étaient si généreuses qu'on n'a même pas pu finir nos plats. Les gars avaient vraiment chargé nos pains brochettes. C'était copieux, savoureux... On mangeait, & ça ne finissait pas !

Le meilleur ? En guise de geste commercial, ils nous ont proposé trois boissons au choix GRATUITEMENT ! J'ai demandé : « Pour de vrai ? », & ils ont répondu : « Fais-toi plaisir. » On était trois, chacun a eu sa boisson offerte. Un vrai service client comme on en voit rarement.

J'ai mangé mon pain brochette sur deux jours… & oui, le goût de çaaa !
