Donnent des baguettes gratuites, mais ils te font attendre une bonne heure juste parce qu'ils veulent garder une file (c'est à dire qu'ils passent parfois des 10 minutes sans servir personne), mais surtout te forcent à les follow sur tout les réseaux & mettre 5 étoiles sur google maps! Je trouve ça extrêmement malhonnête & en plus la baguette était dégueulasse (bien sûr puisqu'elle est préparée en avance & à passée une bonne heure sur le comptoir à sécher), je me sent pas mal de mettre 1 étoile... Le subway est meilleur sur tout les points.

Very disappointing experience. I waited 45 minutes for a simple sandwich, only to find out that my order hadn't even been started. When I politely asked about the delay, instead of apologizing or providing an explanation, the employee responded in a rude & unprofessional manner, telling me'come work at my place' when I expressed my frustration about the wait.

Long waits can happen, but poor communication & disrespectful customer service are unacceptable. A simple apology & honest update would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression, & I won't be returning

J'ai payé 16$ pour une baguette/sandwich que j'ai attendu 20 minutes. Finalement, en arrivant chez moi ce n'était même pas ce que j'avais commandé. Très décevant. En plus, les oignons n'étaient même pas cuits. Je ne retournerai pas à cet endroit.

I had high expectations however the only good thing were the chips. The meat of the baguette was very dry & the chicken didn't have any flavor. The spice for the beef was A LOT & all what I could taste was the paprika or whatever they use. Kinda disappointing for a $17 sandwich.

Truly might be the worst sandwich in Montreal.

Rock hard baguette which feels like chewing a shoe.

It shatters everywhere in crumbs because it's so dry, hurting your mouth & making a huge mess on the table & your clothes.

Filling was 1/3 of what you would expect for this price & this bun size.

See photos, it's truly laughable that they charge $15 for this amount of meat & no veggies at all, inside an old, hard baguette.

The meat was hard & overcooked by the way. But you probably already guessed it.
