Se sont les meilleurs bagels au Quebec ! Une farine exceptionnelle & un savoir-faire artisanal rare ! À essayer absolument, le Levain de seigle aux grains de carvi. Très bon choix de grains de café, rond & soyeux !

On y est arrêté pour se chercher des bagels pour faire des BBLT au chalet. Trop bon! Je ne sais pas ce qu'ils font de différent, mais leurs bagels sont bcp moins lourds & denses que ceux que je mange ailleurs, même dans le Mile-End !
