Le service à la clientèle pourrait être plus souriant, la sauce piquante est beaucoup moin piquante que les autres b12 & la galette d'oeuf dans le hamburger était beaucoup moin épaisse que les autres b12 à améliorer svp merci

J'ai essayé le B12 burger, celui-là était trop bon, la sauce B12 est inégalée. Bien que je ne sois pas un grand adepte des restos pour burgers vu que je les prépare a la maison, mais B12 en valait vraiment l'argent dépensé.

Aujourd'hui, j'ai mangé le pire burger de ma vie.
Le pain était altéré, l'oignon refrit, la sauce désagréable, la tomate pas fraîche & le fromage absent.
Cette expérience a été très décevante.

B12 is always good, with a diverse menu & very sympathetic staff. The place is almost clean, though it could be a bit cleaner. Bathroom was okay. No self-serve sauces; you have to ask. Overall, a good experience & worth a visit

The food is very good, & the portions are quite large compared to the price, which I really like. The only downside was that the person taking the order didn't pay attention to the details of the sauce I requested for the salad, but maybe it was because they were busy. Nevertheless, the food is delicious.

Les burgers du B12 sont généreux, mais beaucoup trop salés. Que ce soit la viande, la sauce maison au goût selon moi très moutardé ou la sauce au fromage, tout est très chargé en sel, au point de devenir écoeurant. Si vous êtes sensible au sel, mieux vaut choisir un autre endroit.

I visited with my family, & unfortunately, the cleanliness was disappointing. There were napkins on the tables, food on the seats & floor, & sauce spills throughout the dining area. While I typically enjoy B12, they could certainly improve their efforts to keep the restaurant clean for customers. Better ventilation would also help. On a positive note, the food is delicious, though this experience left me preferring takeout over dining in, as the state of the dining area raised concerns about overall kitchen hygiene.

Their meat is tasty & juicy, however, their chicken is very oily. Their cheese sauce is super salty & highly processed, & they put a lot of it inside the bun. All I could taste was salt, almost had a heart attack. Never again.

Hygiene & propreté des lieux sa doit vraiment s'améliorer surtout les tables & les toilettes, sauce piquante goûtait la mayonnaise sans piquant sa à changé de saveur, sandwich au steak très très bon & généreux. faire attention à la cuisson des chips la plupart était trop cuit . Bon resto
