J'ai acheté le club burger (plus cher) j'ai cru qu'il allait être plus gros que les autres burgers (vu son prix plus élevé) il était même un peu moins gros , mais il était quand-même bon. J'ai pas sentit ou vu du fromage suisse.
I liked B12 but , i always order ASSIETTE COMBO POULET CROUSTILLANT , at 25 dec 2025 I was very surprised by this one, the chicken pieces were very thin & there were only breadcrumbs. & the fries were very few.
Worst attitude ever from the guy at customer service, 30º celcuis outside & air conditioning was turned off inside the reataurant, soda machine without ice & sodas at weather temperarure. Great meal but worst employees ever!!
The first time I came the staff were so nice & kind. The food was amazing, there was a flavour party in my mouth! The atmosphere is great, it is very delightful. Overall the place is amazing,& it is a go to, for a burger restaurant.

Franchement, B12 Burger, c'est une valeur sûre ! Les burgers sont vraiment incroyables : la viande est super juteuse, bien goûteuse, & les ingrédients sont frais du début à la fin. Chaque burger est bien monté, généreux, & on sent que c'est fait avec soin. Les frites sont excellentes aussi, bien croustillantes, parfaites pour accompagner le burger.
Le service est rapide & super sympathique, le staff est accueillant & prend le temps avec les clients, ce qui rend l'expérience encore meilleure. L'ambiance est chill & conviviale, parfaite pour aller manger entre amis ou juste se faire plaisir après une grosse journée.
Honnêtement, si t'aimes les bons burgers, B12 Burger vaut vraiment le détour. J'y suis allé une fois & j'ai déjà envie d'y retourner. Je recommande à 100 % ! 🍔🔥

El servicio siempre es muy bueno. Las papas han bajado de calidad y las tres opciones no están del todo claras, sobre todo cuando se compra en paquete. No son hamburguesas baratas, pero sí de mucha mejor calidad que las de las cadenas conocidas. No me gusta que pidan propina y siempre elegiré SKIP; me rehúso a pagar los salarios de los empleados. Me parece una mala práctica.
Update: After several take outs & one time eating in, it's a winner & updated to 5 stars🤩. All they need is more parking. The burgers seem resized, the inside was reset & it's busier than any other restaurant in it's category in Laval. Nice work guys. I am sold.
That is why every place needs a few tries, to get a good idea when giving honest reviews.
