I don't understand the hype & all the 5-star reviews for this place. Aside from the disproportionately large size of the burger, I found the taste to be average at best. The fries were below average, the service was practically nonexistent, & the attitude of one of the employees could definitely have been better.
I won't even mention the prices. Come on, guys you can do better than this.
Very disappointed. The menu advertised cheddar cheese, but what I got looked & tasted like cheap processed cheese slices. For a $20 burger, that's unacceptable. If you're going to advertise cheddar, serve real cheddar.
The burger itself was disappointing & nowhere near worth the price. Honestly, I've had better burgers from McDonald's for less than half the cost.
The service was just as bad. I felt like I was bothering the guy simply by ordering. No friendliness, no customer service, just a poor attitude. Between the overpriced burger, the fake cheese, & the horrible service, I definitely won't be coming back.
Nous étions sur le boulevard Curé-Labelle à Laval & nous cherchions un endroit où arrêter dîner. Tout à coup, mes yeux voient « BIZ »… mais en fait, c'était B12! 😜 & quelle découverte!
Sur les conseils de Mohamed, qui a pris le temps de bien nous expliquer le menu & de nous conseiller, nous avons choisi un hamburger au poulet B12 & un hamburger au boeuf suisse pour pouvoir goûter au 2 sortes.
Petit avertissement : les hamburgers sont GÉANTS! 🍔
En entrant, on a remarqué que plusieurs clients portaient des gants de plastique. On se demandait bien pourquoi… on a même pensé à la COVID! 😂 Mais quand nos assiettes sont arrivées, on a vite compris : il y avait aussi des gants dans notre plateau, & croyez-moi, vous en avez besoin! La sauce coule partout… sur les mains, sur l'assiette & même un peu sur le visage! 🤪 Ce n'est peut-être pas l'endroit idéal pour une première date si vous voulez rester élégants, mais ça fait partie de l'expérience!
& le goût? Tout simplement incroyable. Le poulet était juteux, tendre & parfaitement assaisonné. Honnêtement, parmi les meilleurs burgers que nous avons mangés.
On nous a dit qu'il y a maintenant une dizaine de succursales, mais nous avons eu la chance de visiter la toute première, ouverte en 2018.

I am from Ottawa & I was looking for a good restaurant for lunch, i was with my son & wife. Some school kids suggested this place, Amazing service by Mohammad, very friendly customer oriented, Food is worth the price, tasty, portion is large, place is very clean. I'm going to bring my other kids to try.
