Une quantité vraiment généreuse de viande hachée dans les hamburger 🍔 & de trés bonnes frittes à des prix vraiment abordable.
Toutefois, le jeune homme qui travaille à la caisse manque du professionnalisme, il s'est moqué de mon époux après qu'il lui a demandé si c'était possible d'avoir un autre verre de coca cola , c'était vraiment infaisable de sa part !

The food at B12 Burger is very tasty & clearly made with fresh ingredients. The flavors are great, & the quality of the food really stands out. However, the service needs improvement & could be more professional to match the quality of the food. With better service, this place has the potential to be excellent.
Terrible service. The servers were too busy talking to each other & completely ignored the customers. We waited while they laughed & chatted like we weren't even there. This is not professional at all. If you don't care about customers, don't work in service. Very disappointing experience.

J'ai acheté le club burger (plus cher) j'ai cru qu'il allait être plus gros que les autres burgers (vu son prix plus élevé) il était même un peu moins gros , mais il était quand-même bon. J'ai pas sentit ou vu du fromage suisse.
I liked B12 but , i always order ASSIETTE COMBO POULET CROUSTILLANT , at 25 dec 2025 I was very surprised by this one, the chicken pieces were very thin & there were only breadcrumbs. & the fries were very few.
Worst attitude ever from the guy at customer service, 30º celcuis outside & air conditioning was turned off inside the reataurant, soda machine without ice & sodas at weather temperarure. Great meal but worst employees ever!!
The first time I came the staff were so nice & kind. The food was amazing, there was a flavour party in my mouth! The atmosphere is great, it is very delightful. Overall the place is amazing,& it is a go to, for a burger restaurant.
