Love, love, love their veggie burger!!! The flavour was spot on! We didn't know they are known for gigantic burgers, so my husband & I ordered one each. & we quickly realised why many fellow restaurant goers went to ask for a takeout box lol. You can have two meals out of it.
Walked in famished & was surprisingly full after having their B12 Burger. Their prices are fair for what you get & you're definitely not leaving the place hungry.
3 stars comes from the average taste of the burger. It's a painfully thin piece of meat dampened by the large buns & mixture of other ingredients. It's also a mess to eat.
Edit: Bumping to a 4 Star after trying their Chicken Burgers & OMG what a delicious burger. Still a mess to eat, but the taste was amazing.

First time at B12 Burger. I ordered the B12 Burger, & while it was good, it definitely wasn't worth $15 for just the burger-no fries, drink, or tax included. For that price, I expected a more substantial portion, but I finished it easily on my own. The onion rings were soggy, & there weren't many toppings, especially considering this was supposed to be a step up from the classic burger. Overall, way too expensive for what you get.
Having a reply from vendor, I will go back & try again. Please make sure everyone is aware on how to make a lettuce bun. Had a chicken swiss on lettuce bun. They do not understand what a lettuce bun is. Normally a lettuce bun is 3+ leaves of lettuce per side of the meat. I initially got 1 lettuce on the bottom of my burger no bun. Went back to add lettuce bun & only got 1 leaf of lettuce on top. The chicken was superthin & not like their advertising of the burger. The filling on screen was half the size in real life. On screen I counted 4 layers of chicken while I got 2 layers. Never got tomatoes & only saw 2-3 mushrooms. For a $16 burger, you would expect something along the lines of LB&LB burgers but I ended up with an A&W grilled chicken burger minus the lots of lettuce A&W gives you. I expected better here but was disappointed today. The fries & chips are a nice touch.
Les burgers sont très bon ! C'est la deuxième fois que nous goûtons! Par contre les frites son sec, que tu commande à la maison ou mange au restaurant les frites c'est pareil sec comme un bâton ! Sinon service très amical.Je ne recommande pas d'aller sur l'heure du midi sa ce rempli de jeunes du secondaire sa cris parle fort & vapote à la table à l'abris du regard du caissier !
One of the best burgers, you'll ever have. The menu is original, the food is great & best of all, they'll give you gloves so you can enjoy the experience & not worry about making a mess! (& also, because the burgers are so big, you'll need both hands.) & if you go there for lunch, you won't need to cook anything for your dinner, simply take half of it home :)
