Really disappointing on every level.
The food itself was below average - the chicken was dry & poorly seasoned, which is a pretty big fail for a chicken sandwich spot.
On top of that, I made one simple request: swap the grilled chicken for fried. Instead of adjusting my order, they replaced my entire sandwich with a completely different, cheaper item - different toppings, different ingredients - & charged me the full price of the original.
I only discovered this when I got home & opened the bag
Incredibly underwhelming, dry burger & there was barely any sauce in it thankfully there was a slice of tomato & 3 pickles, cold oil soaked fries & burnt chips. Receiving our order also took just under an hour & the cashier was clearly irritated with people asking why it was taking so long. We decided to order through ubereats to make sure we wouldn't have to wait, the app showed ready for pick up at :05 & we only got it at :35, initially placed the order at :45. Also, the bun to meat ratio isn't it, don't believe the hype, the time & money is definitely not worth it.

The bugers are huge, I had a chicken burger & it was delicious. The fries paled in comparison to the burger. Next time I will try the onion rings instead.
The restaurant is clean & the staff is friendly. The portions & burgers are quite big & definitely worth the price. It's not overly expensive for the amount of food you get & having gloves available for when you eat is a genius idea.

The portions are huge. Good for 2 people. Go with a big appetite, & be prepared to wait at least 45 minutes during weekend nights. I couldn't finish the entire meal. But definitely value for money. The chips were too crispy, like it was fried more than once. But other than that it's a good spot

The woman who served me, Lily, was extremely friendly & kind! She took my order very nicely & she was very sweet when she offered me ketchup. Very good service & very good food! 5/5

Salle très grande & propre, service impeccable.
La fille qui travaillait à 15h Dania était très gentille & souriante. Elle nous a aidés à choisir les burgers, elle m'a conseillé le Overdose avec les curly fries, & elle a aussi aidé mes enfants.
Je voulais la remercier & franchement, tout était très bon.
I don't believe those reviews, the staff is narcissistic & entitled, no smiles, very cold attitude & now the burgers & chicken burgers....HUGE & TASTELESS
the chicken tasted like a lump of fried dough, the burgers taste of the condiments not the actual meat cause it bland & tasteless...not price worthy

I don't understand the very high reviews. We had the original burger, a kid burger, fries & chips. The burgers were not good, the bread & meat ratio was off & the whole thing was very dry. The fries were hot but didn't taste fresh & the chips were over seasoned. I had high hopes for this new place, but definitely won't be back.
