After walking through the meat market, the mere presence of this establishment induced salivation. Fortunately, the meal went above & beyond the high expectations I had.
For only 30CAD, between 2 people we rolled out of the market, bellies full of the most succulent pork ribs, juicy melt-in-your-mouth smoked sausage, & a light green goddess salad to cut the heavy meat. I'll add, the ribs had a gorgeous dry rub with the tastiest hot sauce & bbq on the side--perfect for not getting your face soaked in sauce & leaving plenty of delicious rib flavor to enjoy.

On passe sa commande, on paie & on attend que son nom soit appelé. & après on s'installe à l'une des tables. Même s'il y a du monde, on n'hésite pas à demander à partager une table aves des inconnus.
