Je magasine avec ma mère à chaque jeudi au avril. Je trouve leur produit frais & unique. Du côté du magasin j'ai rien à dire. En revanche, pour la pizzeria, je trouve le fonctionnement très problématique. Ça fait trois semaine de suite (jeudi) que j'essaye de commander une pizza à 18:30 & à chaque fois, la personne au bistrot me dit que c'est déjà fermé. Je trouvais ça assez bizarre, car sur le site web, c'est mentionné que le bistrot ferme une heure à l'avance donc 20:00. Aujourd'hui, j'ai demandé à la personne quel était l'horaire de la pizzeria, car je trouvais ça assez mélangeant. Elle m'a répondu qu'il fermait une heure avant le bistrot (donc 19:00). Je lui ai demandé pourquoi est-ce que je ne pouvais pas commander s'il était seulement 18:30? Elle m'a dit que c'est la personne à la pizzeria qui décide lorsque part & qu'aujourd'hui elle est parti plus tôt. Pardon?? Je travaille au service à la clientèle & mon gérant aurait bien rien si je lui disais qu'on allait fermer le magasin plus tôt aujourd'hui, car je veux partir plus tôt. C'est un gros manque de respect pour les clients qui se déplace & un sérieux manque d'organisation. C'est inacceptable. J'adore leur pizzas, mais à l'avenir j'irais plutôt au Industria ou au Salvatore, moins bonne, mais au
moins eux ils sont ouverts lors de leurs heures d'ouverture.
