J'y suis allée dans cet endroit il y a 5 ans & j'ai acheté des sandwichs, des fruits & de la soupe comme je prends le transport en commun, la caissière m'a donné un sac pour transporter les choses.

J'aime beaucoup cet endroit pour faire mon épicerie. MAIS le côté du café/resto n'offre pas toujours un service des plus agréables. Vu les prix pratiqués, la courtoisie est la moindre des choses! Aujourd'hui, en achetant mon mocha, j'avais l'impression de déranger la dame à la caisse, attitude très impatiente. Il était 10h & il n'y avait personne, elle n'était pas débordée (& même si elle l'était, ce n'est pas une raison d'être désagréable!). En plus, le mocha n'était même pas bon 😖

Pour la partie restauration: Je suis allé dans votre commerce le 26 juin vers 12h15. J'étais dans la file pour commander une pizza. Je m'étais avancé un peu. Une jeune employée me dit sur un ton arrogant de faire la file, je lui dis que je fais la file mais que je croyais qu'on commandait les pizza plus loin. Elle me rétorque qu'on doit toujours faire la file...Quelle effronterie, & impudence! Enfin, je commande une pizza vegage. Elle dit qu'il y a pas de pizza vegane. Je lui réponds que ce type de pizza est affiché sur le menu. Elle me répète sur un ton sec, qu'il n'y a pas de pizza vegane. Au lieu de dire tout de suite, il n'y a pas de pizza vegane AUJOURD'HUI. Cette personne était très désagréable. Elle ne devrait pas être au service client. Elle manque de courtoisie. Je suis allé dans un autre Avril, le service était impeccable.

J'aime beaucoup ce magasin très modern, très propre & où je trouve une gamme exhaustive de produits bio. Avril Laval se compare favorablement avec n'importe quel Whole Foods aux États-Unis.
J'ai donné seulement 2* à cause de Luis, un vendeur de suppléments alimentaires qui a été trop occupé pour nous fournir une information & à même été impoli. Dommage.

Good healthy food, staff is very friendly. But the prices are over the top. 11,99 $ for a tiny chicken wrap with nearly no chicken in it is straight up robbery.
