I've been shopping here for the past year as I've recently moved to Laval. It's definitely a more pricey grocery store compared to others in the neighborhood (obviously due to the product selection), therefore we are paying a premium price...which I don't mind.

However, the service does not match the store. I simply do not understand why the cashiers cannot help their customers bag their purchased products while the customer is paying. They just stare at the walls while the customer is bagging as the line-up to pay is increasing.
Even if it's not busy, this additional service makes a difference. Please pass these comments along to management.

On change la machine à café & on ne peut faire que des doubles expresso! Je n'ai jamais vu une machine qui ne fait que des doubles ! Très ordinaire !

J'ai trouvé le supplément spécifique que je cherchais sur leur site & suis allée le chercher sur place en urgence. J'ai apprécié 1) leur inventaire exhaustif de produits en magasin (& en ligne) & 2) que j'ai pu vérifier en ligne la disponibilité en magasin du produit avant de m'y rendre; je privilégie toujours un magasin physique & surtout que je ne pouvais pas attendre le temps de la livraison d'une commande en ligne pour mon besoin.
