Le comptoir du service j'y premd toujours mon sandwichs sans gluten & un café galce ( latte glacer a ma dernière visite) cafe glace qui était exellent!
Looks beautiful & can find anything you want, however, it's OVERPRICED !! The look doesn't explain the price. It's a 35% makeup from Tau. & second, it's impossible to find help here. They have two people helping others & cannot turn around to bothered by anyone. We waited 11 minutes for them to give'medical' advise to someone before we were able to ask for directions. I guess they become doctors too lol

J'adore l'épicerie Avril !Ils ont un choix incroyable de produits sains & délicieux. Leur pain Avril est absolument délicieux, toujours frais & savoureux. Le personnel est sympathique & l'ambiance très agréable. C'est mon endroit préféré pour faire mes courses santé. Je recommande sans hésiter !
We like to go often to Avril Bistro & supermarket. They have one of the best pizzas,salads, soups & sanwiches. Today, we had a very nice experience I want to mention. The staff was very friendly & helpful. Especially I want to mention miss Dejville. She is the right person for her job. Congratulation for Avril administration & staff.

Épicerie, bistro-santé,médicaments, produit naturels & cosmétiques. Un super-marché de produits santé & naturel sur une très grande surface. Il il a même une mini-librairie! À visiter & à revisiter!
On entend souvent que la propreté des toilettes est la signature d'un resto. Laissez moi vous dire que je ne suis pas du tout impressionnée par la succursale de Laval. Certes avril n'est pas un resto mais il y a tout de même un minimum de salubrité à respecter !
Lors de ma visite d'aujourd'hui, je me suis arrêté au comptoir pour manger une gelato, le service était courtois mais d'une lenteur extrême !
Que dire de l'odeur nauséabonde qui se dégageait en ouvrant la porte des toilettes...c'était dégoûtant...tellement que j'étais incapable d'aller m'asseoir sur la toilette pour me soulager...
Bref, je ne suis pas prête de retourner à cette succursale....dommage que la réputation soit ainsi ternie. J'espère que des correctifs seront apportés rapidement.
Fresh & good food, a lot of great options! Don't forget to try the food court, I tried the salmon salad & coffee, & it was great ! The service & staff are also on point 👌👌👌

Resto sympathique avec personnel attentionné mais mal géré malheureusement. L'hiver on gèle, il manque souvent de choses au comptoir, parfois l'attente est très longue, bref, un changement d'administration serait préférable!
We had a wonderful first experience at the Avril store in Laval! As new customers, we truly appreciated the warm welcome we received. Joe, the store manager, went above & beyond by taking the time to show us around & explain everything. His knowledge, kindness, & professionalism made us feel immediately at home. The store itself is super clean, well-organized, & filled with quality fresh organic products. Thanks to Joe & the entire team for making our visit so enjoyable - we'll definitely be back!
C'est ma 2e expérience au avril pour des huiles essentielles & le service est médiocre a chaque fois. L'employée semble incommodée par la présence de clients, regarde sa montre avec impatience. J'ai demandé conseil sur les diffuseurs & on m'a répondu d'aller voir quelqu'un d'autre en riant. Au niveau des produits d'épicerie, j'ai par contre toujours eu un bon service.
