We had a wonderful first experience at the Avril store in Laval! As new customers, we truly appreciated the warm welcome we received. Joe, the store manager, went above & beyond by taking the time to show us around & explain everything. His knowledge, kindness, & professionalism made us feel immediately at home. The store itself is super clean, well-organized, & filled with quality fresh organic products. Thanks to Joe & the entire team for making our visit so enjoyable - we'll definitely be back!
C'est ma 2e expérience au avril pour des huiles essentielles & le service est médiocre a chaque fois. L'employée semble incommodée par la présence de clients, regarde sa montre avec impatience. J'ai demandé conseil sur les diffuseurs & on m'a répondu d'aller voir quelqu'un d'autre en riant. Au niveau des produits d'épicerie, j'ai par contre toujours eu un bon service.
J'adore faire l'épicerie chez vous! Mais malheureusement, je suis trop loin, pour y aller aussi souvent que j'aurais besoin!

Je me permet d'ajouter un commentaire très positif pour Lise dans les cosmétiques qui a fait découvrir à l'homme que je suis les soins autour des yeux, la crème hydratante pour la peau du visage & un baume à lèvre CHANV fort agréable à porter. Merci Lise vous avez changé ma vie.
Il y a deux ans j'avais émis un avis plus que positif concernant Avril Supermarché Santé à Laval. Voir plus bas.
& comme je continue d'être un client fidèle pratiquement tous les jours , au Bistro pour y dîner & ensuite dans ce magasin si vaste & rempli d'une tonne d'ingrédients tous plus santé les uns que les autres, je réitère mon appréciation. Bref, AVRIL Laval, j'adore.
& hormis la qualité très recherchée de la nourriture, j'apprécie au plus haut point l'accueil chaleureux & plein de compassion envers les clients. Bravo à Joe, directeur adjoint, aux employés du bistro qui savent m'instruire & me rendre heureux, comme Gabrielle, Raphaël, Réal le pilier qui se lève tôt, Laure qui me donne plein d'infos sur la composition de la nourriture, Maria, Diana, Edwige, & j'en passe qui me comblent de joie avec leur sourire.
Sans oublier Julie pour ses super conseils lorsque je fais mon marché, Monia du côté des produits naturels, & Brigitte qui ne cesse de faire reluire le mobilier du bistro & qui m'accueile avec un grand sourire & des conseils toujours judicieux.
En bref AVRIL LAVAL je continue d'Adorer 😉👍

Extraordinaire Marché Santé où je vais dîner pratiquement tous les jours depuis plus d'une année. & je vais très souvent du côté végétarien où travaillent principalement Maria & Andrès deux employés modèles qui vous accueillent avec un large sourire, sont hyper efficaces & savent se mettre dans la peaux des clients. Que demander de plus ?
Avril's food court at the Laval location is great. The food is always fresh & I have been coming here weekly for the last 3 years. Customer service is pretty good. Overall, it has been a positive experience. I have noticed a couple of changes recently though. The ladies washroom has lacked soap quite often & toilet paper is often thrown all over the floor in & out of the stalls. I have noticed this difference over the last 4 months or so. I imagine there is a lack of staff to clean & check the washroom on a more regular basis. It used to be very clean but that appears to be lacking now. Also, I miss the music that used to play in the food court. It had reappeared not that long ago, but it seems to have disappeared oncr again. Too bad.
excellent place to shop when you're looking for a nice, healthy alternative. they have all sorts of specialty hard to find items keto friendly, gluten-free etc. perfect for your dietary needs
