Good selection of Canadian grains...well, that used to be the case, but lately the great variety of grain flakes (eg Milanaise) that had always been available have recently been absent from the shelves. Otherwise, there is still a good selection of other organic products such as oils, seeds, & flours amongst myriad other things.

Lots of organic options, as well as sugar-free & dairy-free products. Worth using the Marguerite points card as you are able to get free products with the points

If you want to have a go-to organic, healthier selection of fruits, veggies, meats & the like. This is the place to go!

I bought all of my family's gifts, maple syrup oriented, from Avril.

I do wish they accepted Amex however!!
