J'aurais aimé pouvoir donner une note de 0, mais malheureusement ce n'est pas possible.

Comment décrire un traiteur qui abandonne ses clients le jour même de leur événement, sans la moindre explication ni excuse? Le jour J, nous avons tenté de les joindre à de multiples reprises. Résultat : aucune réponse. Absolument aucune. Comment pouvez-vous prétendre offrir un service professionnel lorsque vous ne répondez même pas à votre numéro d'urgence? À quoi sert-il s'il est impossible de vous joindre lorsqu'un véritable problème survient?

Laisser tomber ses clients le jour de leur événement est probablement la pire chose qu'un traiteur puisse faire.

& la cerise sur le gâteau? Ils ont finalement commencé la livraison… trois jours plus tard. Trois jours! C'est ridicule. Malgré cela, ils refusent tout remboursement & refusent d'assumer la moindre responsabilité. D'abord, ils ont prétendu nous avoir appelés alors qu'il n'y a absolument aucune trace d'appel. Ensuite, ils ont changé leur version en affirmant qu'il s'agissait d'un service de cueillette plutôt que de livraison. Quel manque de professionnalisme.

La moindre des choses serait d'admettre leur erreur au lieu de multiplier les excuses & les contradictions.

De loin la pire expérience de service que nous ayons vécue. À fuir absolument.

An absolutely fantastic catering service in Montreal. The team at Avec Plaisirs is highly organized & their attention to detail is remarkable. We ordered an assortment of their cocktail bites & dessert platters for a networking event & everything was devoured quickly. The flavors are sophisticated & perfectly balanced. It is refreshing to work with a caterer that is so reliable & passionate about their culinary creations.

Avec Plaisirs provided the catering for a recent family celebration & they exceeded all of our expectations. The hot buffet options were flavorful & kept at the perfect temperature until serving time. The presentation was elegant & added a wonderful touch to our event. The staff was incredibly accommodating to some last minute changes we had to make. I will absolutely be using their services again for future gatherings.

This is definitely my go to catering company for office meetings. The food from Avec Plaisirs is consistently delicious & arrives exactly when scheduled. I am particularly impressed with their commitment to eco friendly packaging & sustainable practices. The breakfast platters are always a huge hit with our staff & the coffee is excellent. I have used Avec Plaisirs for several corporate lunch events & they consistently deliver outstanding service & high quality food. The meal boxes are always beautifully presented & the ingredients taste incredibly fresh. They offer a fantastic variety of dietary options which makes planning for a large group very easy. The ordering process was simple & the customer service team was very helpful in guiding our menu choices. Everyone raved about the gourmet sandwiches & the fresh salads. I used to live the restaurant, but my last visit was sub-par. I ordered 3 tacos (2 chicken, 1 beef) & all three were cold. Cheese tasted like it was just out of the fridge. Very little meat in all 3, & also cold. The beef, strangely, was dry but the taco shell was soggy & broke (tore) when I tried to lift it. Meat had zero seasoning. I still wonder if they just took tacos made earlier out of a fridge & put them in a plate. Not even close to a Texas or Mexican taco plate. I politely told my waitress when she asked'how they were' & she just smiled through my explanation saying'yeah, they sometimes are cold'. No apologies, not even a hint of'how can we make it up to you?'. Very disappointed & not pleasantly surprised by my experience from a restaurant that was very high on my list of enjoyable restaurants
