Bonjour , la nourriture était excellente mais très restrictive pour nous qui sont végétarien.
On a essayé de voir votre menu du 31 mais ça fonctionnait pas , donc il aurait été apprécié d'y avoir été plus flexible sur le menu .

Ça fait plusieurs années que je vais manger à cet endroit & ce même avant le McGowan 2.0. Aujourd'hui nous sommes allés au brunch. Malheureusement le service ne reflète pas la beauté de l'endroit. La serveuse a pris beaucoup de temps avant de nous apportez notre vin. De plus, elle ne nous a pas expliqué le menu en détail (crêpes). Je trouve qu'il manque de raffinement au niveau du personnel & du service.
Amazing dinner! We arrived & the place was dark - turns out there was a power failure! So all the more impressive that the guys were able to put together a delicious dinner in a charming setting. The table d'hote was the way to go with fantastic & complementary flavours. Thank you so very much - we will definitely return!
Nous sommes allés dînés un dimanche sur la terrasse & tout était bien. Le fish&Chip délicieux (panure a souhait/ pas trop épaisse ) & le Burger vraiment très bon & même copieux. Les frites était également vraiment très bonnes. La vue sur le lac est enchanteur. Le decor interieur est sublime; fait avec soin! L'expérience au complet était très bien; je recommande cet endroit unique!
L'auberge a beaucoup de cachet & notre chambre, donnant sur le lac ( avec une vue limitée) était spacieuse & superbe. Nous avons par ailleurs été déçus du restaurant, les prix étant trop élevés (exemples : hors de la table d' hôte, la chaudrée de fruits de mer qui n' avait rien de particulier à $53 & la salade niçoise à $56). La table d' hôte était aussi très dispendieuse, malgré la réduction de $25.
J'ai souper à l'auberge McGowan sur le patio par une belle soirée d'été. Nous avons pris des repas en table d'hôte & nous avons trouvé chacun des services impeccables. Les plats avaient beaucoup de goût & étaient juste assez raffinés. Le service était sans reproche. L'atmosphère sur la terrasse était sereine & le décor somptueux. Un souper parfait. J'ai déjà hâte à ma prochaine visite.
