"It was ok my wife loved her mac and cheese with foie gras, but my canard en conserve was rare (nice) but the the partial breast was not seared so the skin was rubbery and the thick fat layer left a huge pool of grease in the bowl and still a thick layer of fat on the duck. The foie gras still had a large piece of inedible arterie running through it...."
