"I look forward to this dinner travelling from NYC every year for dinner with my daughter. Our order was lost and delayed and we satbthete waiting more that 1h20 after being seated to get our main dish. We were offered excuses and apologies but ultimately it was a big dissapointment given how great our past experience has been"
