Delicious Moroccan food in a nicely decorated setting overlooking a fountain plaza. The lamb tajin was fall off the bone goodness with perfectly flavoured sauce full of figs, almonds, cranberries & golden raisins. We also had the lovely BereBere Salad which is a Moroccan roasted vegetable dip eaten with a semolina flat bread. Très bon accueil du propriétaire & sa femme !!! On a pris trois couscous (poulet, merguez, agneau) + Tajine agneau. On a pu tous goûter à chacune de nos viandes...Excellent !!! Surtout l'agneau super tendre !!!! On est même parti avec nos Portions tellement elles étaient généreuses. Un gâteau nous a été offert pour l'anniversaire de ma femme.Voir plus

Excellent !!! I give this restaurant 5 stars ! We have just had dinner at "Au Coin Berbère" in Montreal & had an exceptional experience. I ordered the lamb tagine, & it was a delightful journey to the Maghreb with every bite. The flavors were rich & authentic, truly transporting me to North Africa. My daughter had the chicken couscous, & she absolutely loved it! The dish was full of taste, generous & bursting with flavors. We paired our meal with some refreshing mint tea (see photos), which was the perfect complement to our dishes. I highly recommend this restaurant! You'll feel welcomed ! What a fantastic discovery ! & I love that little street / plaza where it is located. If you're looking for a taste of authentic Berber cuisine, Au Coin Berbère is a must-visit.
