"Honestly very disappointing evening and kick-off to terrace season. It took an hour to get drinks, longer to get our nachos and food. No updates from the staff. No real attempt to make us feel like values customers. Upset because I brought a friend here after having two positive experiences and she's turned off now. Quite frankly, so am I."
