J'achète le gâteau Choco-Pacanes 3 à 4 fois par année & il correspond normalement à l'image du site Web.

Cette fois-ci, le gâteau était différent : l'intérieur avait changé (moins de mousse, biscuit du dessous absent, garniture modifiée), même si l'extérieur (glaçage & décorations en chocolat) restait identique.

J'ai contacté Arhoma par courriel pensant à un problème, mais je n'ai reçu aucune réponse, & le commis en boutique n'a pas pu m'expliquer le changement. Le produit a ensuite été retiré du site Web & remplacé par le Choco-Pacanes & Noisette.

Personnel peu sympathique mis à part une jeune fille grande brune & fine, & un jeune homme avec des lunettes fin & une ptite moustache , d'autres semblent être blasés lorsqu'on passe une commande , dommage car la qualité de la bouffe est exceptionnelle.

La meilleure boulangerie du quartier sur la rue Ontario ! Leur pain est délicieux… pour avoir testé d'autres boulangeries sur la rue, je sais maintenant qu'il n'y a plus que la que je veux l'acheter !
