Fantastic shop! We managed to get there early enough in the day to enjoy a great selection of breads & pastries. We also were able to taste some delicious cheeses as well. The cheese advice while shopping was great & their patience with us not speaking french was also a huge plus. We will be back for more on our next trip to Montreal!Voir plus

Clairement la meilleure boulangerie de tout le quartier. Je me demande même si c'est pas la meilleure de la ville. Le pain au levain est authentique & très réussi. C'est la seule boulangerie qui goûte comme le pain de mon enfance de français.Voir plus

Je me joins au concert d'éloges, vraiment une variété de produits tous très intéressants. J'ai cependant un bémol: pour une boulangerie ayant le souci d'offrir une belle qualité de pain, je trouve dommage que l'appareil pour trancher le pain soit si inadéquat, une seule épaisseur soit très mince(1/2") ne rendant pas justice au pain. Hier j'ai acheté un pain d'épeautre, une fois grillé j'obtiens une biscotte & non une belle tranche avec un centre moelleux. DommageVoir plus

Excellent pain. Le cake au citron est un vrai régal, léger & goûtu! Certainement le meilleur de Montréal. Vendeurs & vendeuses très serviables. Beaucoup de monde mais c'est justifié. Allez-y les yeux fermés !Voir plus

Excellents produits, toujours frais, rien à rapprocher.Par contre, la dame à la caisse avec les cheveux poivre est vraiment bête & pas très accueillante . Nous sommes des habitués & ce n'est pas la première fois qu l'on sort du local en se demandant ce que venait d'arriver.Voir plus

Une boulangerie authentique avec de délicieux produits de saison. Par contre, un bon 25 minutes d'attente pour un café & un sandwich déjeuner le matin dans le Rush de 8:00.Voir plus

i love this place to bits, the food is the best there is, but i cant help always feeling like theyre a little bit... like i am looked down upon or like they feel i dont belong here? ive been here many times, but on several occassions, i have been served after someone else even though i had been waiting first. like, the person behind me had to say "oh no you should serve her first, she was here before me". or like other people getting their food & drinks before me even though i had ordered first! i understand if i order a sandwich & drink it takes longer but i mean i am seeing people who had ordered the same things after me get their food first. & also, i do definitely speak french when i order! i am just writing this in english because its easier for me. it just doesnt feel like i am being served with the same warmth that other patrons seem to get. like i'm sorry i dont present well or whatever, but i can still afford to buy the food you know. anyway, i will still keep coming, i dont think anyones doing anything on purpose, but its still one of those micro things that like, as a person of color i feel hyperaware of & im just asking the servers to be a bit aware of it too. other than that its still a great place & the pastries & bread - best in montreal surelyVoir plus
