"Was here for mtlatable. Excellent food with good flavor balance and excellent ( natural?) wines that pair really well with the food. My only negative comment was the arctic char was a little bit over salted, and the dish could use a touch bit more acidity in the sauce perhaps, but otherwise was very delicious. Everything else great."
