Expérience très décevante. Le conducteur de livraison a effectué un virage brusque & dangereux sur la route, ce qui aurait pu provoquer une collision sérieuse.
Nous avons ensuite contacté le restaurant pour signaler le comportement inapproprié de leur employé. On nous a raccroché au nez, puis nous avons dû rappeler à cinq reprises avant d'obtenir une réponse. Lorsqu'un employé a finalement décroché, il nous a répondu sur un ton très désagréable, en disant qu'ils pensaient que nous faisions une blague.
Un service à la clientèle inacceptable & un sérieux manque de professionnalisme. Pour ces raisons, je préfère largement Boustan.
If you're in Laval & not pulling up to Amir - Cure-Labelle, you're missing out. The food is always fresh, seasoned properly, & portions are solid every time. You can tell they don't cut corners.
Shoutout to Ahmed especially - man's hilarious, welcoming, & actually makes the experience better. Staff overall is super friendly, respectful, & professional. No weird vibes, no discrimination, just good energy & good service.
It's rare to find a spot that's consistent with both food & atmosphere, but this location gets it right. Definitely one of the best Amir spots around.
10/10, I'll be back.
C'est vraiment décevant qu'en 2026, on rencontre encore ce genre d'attitude. Je suis arrivé avec ma fille & nous avons été accueillis par des propos racistes & condescendants. Il se moquait de notre habillement. On dit « bonjour » aux clients, & non « ni hao ». Sérieusement...Un service exécrable. La nourriture est passable, mais je ne remettrai certainement jamais les pieds ici.

I ordered the other night on Uber & the food was almost unedible. The pita bread had a weird smell like rubber or something like that.. the meat & veges were fine but, it was hard to enjoy when the pita bread smelt so bad. This has never happened before.. maybe an issue with their toaster for the bread... not sure. To top it all off, the drink can I received was expired & tasted flat because of this. The restaurant doesn't seem to give a shit as they'll only respond to people who give positive reviews rather than correct an awful experience. It's okay though, word of mouth is a powerful tool.
So now we have a contender for one of the best Amir there is.
Meat Juicy, patatoes fresh & garlicky, Vegetables lettuce super fresh nothing soggy like it should be portion size amazing the Toum Garlic sauce was on point the beef was delicious too so is the chicken gor a mix plate well marinated & cook not dry but soft & Juicy.
Service super welcoming felt welcome & like home.
If you in the area try it out worth every Penny.
The staff was perfect & the food was perfect to I really liked how the tables were really clean & even one of the staff members gave me a free drink I would recommend this place if you want to eat Lebanese food.
Food was good & the gentleman at the cash i guess it was the owner very nice respectful & professional. I bought 2 platters & he gave me 2 drinks free with it....
