Nermin , starting with your counselling to choose the cake (3 tier cake was the right choice as you suggested) you did a superb job on our cake . Care to details, quality of the work decorating , working with real roses is challenging by itself. Seamless delivery, it was a pleasant surprise at reveal time
I've lived in Laval off & on for over 40 years & was around when ambrosia first hit the scene. Over the years their pieces of cake have become smaller & smaller. For that reason I started patronizing Serrano. I was in the area & decided to stop by ambrosia after months of avoidance. My jaw dropped when the young lady lifted the piece of cake, utter shock!! They're slowly becoming a sliver of sweet, indulgent goodness. On the flip side the staff are always courteous & efficient so there's that.
Tried the bakery last weekend 2 minutes before closing . They were super nice & inviting . Tried 3 pastries & they were fresh & delicious . Ambrosia will be our place going forward for Greek pastries & cakes .

While on our way home from dinner we craved Greek desserts. Chomedey seems to be the place. At the corner of Samson & 100th ave, there is an amazing bakery. This is it. We had never been here, & they were about to close, but allowed us to enter to pick up a few items.
They have an unbelievable selection of pastries. From simple cookies to fancy cakes at affordable prices.
But is it good. We bought a slice of their orange cake, a piece of their galactoboreko & 1 huge rolled baklava.
So we tried a bit of each & they were really really good.
Will we go back? Absolutely!
Amazing service! Old school & easy to enjoy. Take your number & order. Easy as pie. Bread, cakes & everything is delicious. I love going back there every time!
A huge thank you to ambrosia for making us the perfect wedding cake. It was better than we expected & it tasted incredible (we got red velvet). Highly recommend them!

Unpon delivery of our wedding cake at the reception hall, an unfortunate situation happened & our cake broke. The delivery guy notified us & his team then made a new one & delivered it rush to be served for our guests later at night. They stood up to the situation & didnt fail us, very grateful for the service & on top of it the cake was delicious!
1st time here, ever since a trip Greece I have been trying all of the Montreal Greek bakeries. Everything looked amazing! I bought several types of croissants, pistachio, Nutella, cheese.... & a loaf of rye bread & had it sliced thick for toasting. The staff were so polite & accommodating. I will be back & would highly recommend any a trip to this bakery, the options were endless, we'll, ok there was an end but they have a lot of options from cakes, pastries, breads, cookies, loafs....
Fantastic spot for baked goods. From traditional Greek treats to classic/traditional cakes, everything is fresh & tasty. Perfect for special occasions or just sharing something sweet with family or friends.

One of Laval's & Montreal's best Greek bakeries. Great cakes, pastries, bread, & spanakopita, tyropita. It's my go to place for cakes & melomakarina & I'm hung upon the Red Velvet, Mousse Cake & New Tiramisu. It can get hectic in there sometimes but that just reinforces how good their offerings are & how good the staff is.
Good cakes so far compared to other bakeries. No wonder i drive all the way to laval from Montreal downtown all the time to get cakes for all occasions
