We've been going to Ambrosía for a while now & it's been our'go to' for pastries, cookies etc… However, we didn't initially know they also made really nice custom birthday cakes.
We had a Mario Bros birthday cake done by their team & it has fantastic! What an amazing cake & work they did on it! The kids loved it & it was a hit!

I'm a local customer at Ambrosia, but my past interactions have made me question purchasing your items anymore. My teenage daughter was trying to purchase two cakes & the worker was very rude to her, treating her like a child & disregarding her, seeming like she was annoyed that a younger person was trying to be independant. Plus, the two cakes that my daughter bought were stale, despite being purchased at 10 am.

Hands down the best cheesecake I've ever tasted! The texture was incredibly creamy & the flavor was spot on, you can tell they use top-tier ingredients. But what really made the visit special were the people, the staff is so warm & welcoming that you feel like a regular the moment you walk in. The shop itself has such a great vibe & is kept impeccably clean, making it the perfect little escape for a treat. A 10/10 experience all around!
Mauvaise expérience. Pour le service du personnel un zéro. Pour le gâteau un moins quatre. Il était juste de la crème immangeable, épaisse & trop sucre. Juste de l'honte devant mes invités. Un gros merci 39$ direct à la poubelle.
Ambrosia Bakery never disappoints! All their pastries & Greek specialties are delicious & always fresh. I highly recommend their tyropitas - perfect when you're hungry & need a quick snack on the go.

Nermin , starting with your counselling to choose the cake (3 tier cake was the right choice as you suggested) you did a superb job on our cake . Care to details, quality of the work decorating , working with real roses is challenging by itself. Seamless delivery, it was a pleasant surprise at reveal time
I've lived in Laval off & on for over 40 years & was around when ambrosia first hit the scene. Over the years their pieces of cake have become smaller & smaller. For that reason I started patronizing Serrano. I was in the area & decided to stop by ambrosia after months of avoidance. My jaw dropped when the young lady lifted the piece of cake, utter shock!! They're slowly becoming a sliver of sweet, indulgent goodness. On the flip side the staff are always courteous & efficient so there's that.
I've been a customer for at least 15 years. I ordered a tomato pizza & was told it was $25. I sent my son to pick it up & he was charged $36. When I called to ask why, they said the price went up & that the person who took my order didn't know. Really? Very disappointed
Dropping 4 stars since you guys don't accept credit cards. It's 2025 & you're losing revenue due to this poor business mentality. You lost a customer due to this. Please change the way you do business to not lose more clients.
Ambrosia nous a habitués de fournir de bonnes choses, mais aujourd'hui elle nous a surpris par des croissants aux amendes différents d'un goût bizarre ou on nous a vendu des croissants anciens...
