It seems that they are forgetting to put cheese in the spanakopita. They allways use to have best spanakopita but lately they are cutting down on the ingredients like most other places out there, yet the price has more than doubled. . Prices on regular pastries also not justified. Yes cost has gone up but not to this extent. Cheesecake sucks too. Serano still the best cheesecake no question.

We called the day before to ask two simple questions: whether Ambrosia makes Ferrero Rocher cakes & when we could come in to place a custom cake order. We were told that yes, they make Ferrero Rocher cakes & that we should come in today.

We drove 30 minutes each way only to be told that they don't make Ferrero Rocher cakes, & that the person responsible for custom cake orders wasn't even there today, so we couldn't place an order.

Completely unacceptable. This was a needless waste of our time & reflects a serious lack of communication & customer care. If you're going to tell customers to come in, at least make sure the information you're providing is accurate.

We've been customers of Ambrosia for over 10 years. Everything you get here is going to taste amazing! We decided to get cakes from Ambrosia for our wedding anniversary party & we are still shocked at how delicious they were! We showed them a picture of what we wanted the first cake to look like & they nailed it! Almost all of our guests told us that it was the best red velvet cake they've ever had & we agree!
