Best authentic Italian cafe in the West by a mile. Debatably the best Italian cafe I've ever eaten at. Fresh focaccia every day & their sandwiches & pizza are AMAZING. They also take their coffee very seriously & it's delicious. The staff is also extremely nice. Truly a hidden gem.
Supporting local business is easy when it's run as well as Aloe Cafe is. Great concept, friendly service & delicious food at a reasonable price.
My wife & I split a Sgt Pepper sandwich, which was delicious & fresh from the toasted sourdough to the fresh greens & down to the flavorful chicken breast. The pineapple mint drink was also excellent. There were so many appetizing sandwiches described in the menu that it made it difficult to choose, but we were very happy with our meal.
The service is friendly & accommodating & makes you feel very welcome in a cool, relaxing space with great music playing in the background. It's a nice change from the generic & often over-indulgent lunch options in the West Island.
There are also many products available for sale from well-known health brands, including ATP, Caputo & others.
We would 100% return & try more items from the menu, including their salads & focaccias.

This Wednesday me my boyfriend & sister discovered this amazing café & I can't stop thinking about it! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a cozy & warm atmosphere.
We were welcomed by who I believe is the owner's daughter, & later met Rubens, the owner himself. Both were incredibly kind, patient, & genuine. They took the time to explain the menu to us, which already made the experience feel so personal & homey.
I ordered their prosciutto, mozzarella, & pesto sandwich on freshly baked focaccia, & honestly, it was perfection. The bread was soft & flavorful, the ingredients were fresh, & the portion was huge. I saved half for lunch later & it was still just as good.
But the real star for me? The matcha latte with almond milk! They actually make their own almond & oat milk in-house! It's hands-down the best matcha I've ever had in my life. Smooth, balanced, & so full of flavor.
This café deserves all the love. It's a true family-run gem, & since there aren't many cafés in the area, it's the perfect spot to make your go-to local favorite. I literally asked my boyfriend to drive 30 minutes just to grab their food & drinks again. it's that good.
If you're reading this, go now, I beg. Support a family business. You'll walk in for a coffee & leave with a new favorite place ( corny but true)

Absolutely love this place! The homemade focaccia, treats, & top-quality coffee are incredible - everyone asks where it's from when I bring it. Their sandwiches are honestly some of the best I've ever had; you can taste the freshness & quality in every bite. My favorites are the Carne Loca, Rolling Stones, turkey, & their famous weekly soups with homemade broth. Been waiting for a place like this for a while! Cat & Ruben bring the homy atmosphere to a whole other level to the point of making new regulars on a daily. Thank you guys!

The sandwiches here are VERY good! Tasted authentic- like from Italy. Focaccia is house made & super super tasty! Our favorite was the SGT pepper- we asked for it on a foccacia- we will go back for this one!
We had the meatball- Rolling Stones one- it was good, it was meatballs in tomato sauce in a foccacia. We also had the Big Sur. Was tasty aswell but lacked veggies for us. ( we shared all the sandwiches among three people)
The service was very pleasant & attentive. I believe we ordered from the owner who was very nice.
The decore & ambiance lacks for me quite a bit. A lot more can be done to make it very cozy, inviting & warm. There is a lot of seating however. & they have a whole coffee counter aswell.
They have a few items for sale.
Portions are fair.
All in all a great quick meal place. Fresh. Tasty. Authentic. Filling.
I ordered the carne loca sandwich & it was amazing!!The braised beef is cooked to perfection & is so flavourful. I also got the roasted potatoes & freshly squeezed lemonade sweetened with maple syrup that were both as delicious. We also could not leave without grabbing some homemade greek cookies that were the cherry on top of this great meal.
So refreshing to have a spot in the West Island serving delicious, fresh & healthy food.
Will definitely be coming back very soon!!
Aloe Cafe has something for everyone, from sandwiches & salads to coffee & treats. I had one of the focaccia sandwich & it was bursting with fresh flavour. Kat, the owner, puts so much care into the food & service, you can truly taste the love in every bite!

I have been here more than 5 times & recently did my baby shower here.
The owners are so friendly & great at making the food & beverages, the place is cozy, the price is great, just everything is amazing.
My favorite is always to get a freshly baked homemade foccacia (depending on mood i'll take either prosciutto or smoked salmon), blister in the sun smoothie (no need to add sugar or maple syrup it's perfect the way it is), matcha latte & the absolute dessert is their coconut cake, everything else is good to but these are my top choices!
Definitely going to come here whenever I have the chance 💕
I stopped by this café & tried the'Better Together' sandwich along with a cappuccino, & it was absolutely fantastic! The sandwich was made on fresh focaccia bread that was very light & not heavy at all, which made it even more enjoyable. Inside, it had layers of turkey, avocado, sun-dried tomatoes, lettuce, & tomato - juicy, rich, & full of flavor. The cappuccino paired perfectly, smooth & well-balanced.
What made the visit even better was the service - the owner himself was very pleasant, & the order came out quickly. Overall, a great spot for both quality food & warm hospitality. Definitely a place I'll be returning to!
This establishment is truly amazing, & the staff is wonderful. The food & drinks are exceptionally fresh & pure. Everything was so delicious that I did not have the opportunity to take a photograph. This place is highly recommended.

Just had a great lunch feasting on focaccia style sandwiches… a very generous sandwich with lots of flavour & crunch . I also enjoyed a fresh & tasty beet salad … the chocolate cake was a perfect balance of sweetness & chocolate delight . & yes the coffee was great too !!
Absolutely delicious sandwiches! The rosemary foccacia they served it on was sooo tasty! Very fresh ingredients, friendly service & very cute decor. Looking forward to going back!
The sandwiches here are so fresh & delicious! I have never been one to eat sandwiches, even as a child I never took a single sandwich to school but I went here with some other people & decided to try one & wow! Now my mission is to try them all. The place is also super clean & the atmosphere is cozy. Sometimes it is empty, sometimes it is packed & you'll have to wait a bit, nothing too crazy though.
The focaccia was super tasty, the salad absolutely amazing, & the service was kind & welcoming. A lovely spot for a fresh, flavorful bite - highly recommend!
