Awesome experience working with Lamar at Allo Velo! I really appreciate the great service & attention to detail, from the ongoing communication over many months to the willingness to "modify" the drivetrain to the excellent job of preparing the bike for shipping, I could not be more grateful!

The male bike repair tech was so kind & helpful on Friday Oct 20, he was able to re-fasten the screw & locate a washer for the bottom of my shoe clip - free of charge. Really appreciate the fantastic customer service & will be back soon!
